Spyhouse Coffee Roasters

Spyhouse is a famous local coffee chain, this location is fun with the incredible greenery that is blended into the large hotel lobby. Great place to study or catch up with friends. I gave it only four stars because I experience the longest lines every time I go. The customer service is lacking, probably just because the baristas are tired.

Great hideout for a cold morning. Great to work with a laptop. Personnel is young and inexperienced. Charged the wrong amount for a pastry. Impossible to find breakfast items past 8 something I just wonder why they don't buy more.

Beautiful new lounge space in the Emery hotel (fka The Hotel Minneapolis). The coffee is the best I've had downtown. The servers are very nice and helpful and the baked goods are delicious!

Some mentioned the atmosphere was good- that was not my experience. It was way too crowded and the patrons there were disheveled. I did enjoy the service of the baristas however. The coffee was nice and strong and there was an array of different food options.

My favorite place to get a coffee and work when I'm sick of working from my house. The space is huge and beautiful, but still feels intimate. The plants and fireplace help a lot with the vibes. Coffee is good (albeit expensive). Highly recommend if you're looking for a good work spot.

Great place! Had the best cup of coffee ever!! Love the vibe and the entire room is FILLED with plants. Brightens your mood instantly, 100% recommend.
