Spyhouse Coffee Roasters

Very cozy coffee place inside a hotel lobby. Very good coffee. I had a flat white, pour over, and a pastry. If I had to choose between different hotels in the same area, this might be the deal breaker!

This was such a beautiful and unique place to get coffee before a show at the Orpheum theater!

Nice place, friendly staff and one of the very few places that actually knows how to prepare tea. They use loose leaf tea and let it steep for 3 minutes before serving it. So many other places (Starbucks) just dunk in a tea bag and forget about it. Never bother to think that tea needs to steep for 3min. Any less and it’s missing flavor and strength, any longer and it turns bitter. The only thing, it’s a but expensive to pay $4.65 for a cup of tea. Add $0.51 tax and your cup of tea is over 5 bucks. That’s a bit too “steep”. Get it 😜

I thought this coffee shop was going to feel a little above my class, but my chai tea was yummy and I felt like I was sitting in an oasis. I truly had a relaxing break, breathed deeply while checking out and enjoying the unique furniture and all the live plants, and even the cool wallpaper in the washroom!

I travel for work and this has to be one of my favorite coffee spots in the nation!
Delicious coffee (strong yet smooth), friendly staff and a gorgeous interior.
What more could you want!

As you enter everything seems like this is going to be the one you've been looking for, until you go to order any of the food with meat or egg and they are all out and have to settle for some pastry that is 3 star at best, but what kept this experience afloat was the atmosphere and the coffee ((truly exceptional) (better than nearly all of the coffee shops around))

Expensive mediocre coffee but the atmosphere is great if that’s what you’re looking for.

Good coffee , tasty muffin and a very huge lounge. Great place to work.
