The first person who took my order was wonderful. The others seemed annoyed. So my rating of service doesn't reflect the first person in the least. I asked for my 𼯠to be Toasted which i assumed (maybe that was my bad) also meant would be sliced. It wasn't either of the things I asked for and I ended up waiting after I got my drink for the bagel to be ready.

Terrible service. Placed a mobile order, pulled up, they greeted, I told them. Right away began lecturing me about how I just placed it and it would take 5 minutes. I was understanding and even offered if I needed to leave the line and drive around, they said no, but that I would have to if a bunch of cars pile up behind me. 3 cars are waiting a head of me, no one behind me, make it up to the window where the lady opens the window and stares at me, Iâm confused so I nicely say, âhi, I had the mobile order.â This crazy lady waved her neck and head at me, eyes wide open. Iâm quiet, speechless. She hesitates for a sec and scolds me, âyouâre supposed to tell us when youâre here!â I immediately am like, âI did! Why are you scolding me?â She argues that sheâs not, I said she scolded me at the intercom and sheâs doing it now at the window. She says it was her coworker and slams her window. Another lady, Amy, comes up to the window and asks how she can help. I said I have a mobile order and her co worker didnât need to talk to me that way. She argues that I didnât tell anyone I was here, and in my confusion ask how thatâs possible when they scolded me for not having my order ready at the intercom, where I told them I was here. She says I drove off, I say I never did, and she says they saw a car leave the line and assumed that was me. I tell her it wasnât and their assumption is incorrect, Iâve been in line the whole time. Instead of acknowledging they made an assumption and my order would be ready, she chooses to argue with me further and tells me she and her co worker doesnât deserved to be yelled at, I tell them theyâre yelling at me, and her co worker waved her neck and head at me. She says she doesnât know why she did that but sheâll talk to her. This woman hands me my drink and food and says, âdonât come back to this location!â slamming the window shut. I yell FU and drive off. I want my $2 tip back, they donât deserve it. I called corporate and they offered me a free drink that expires in 2 weeks!! Weak. I called back and complained in the afternoon to another manager and she didnât care. So yeah, thatâs my story. It seems corporate and the stores have a toxic relationship over their app making ordering harder for stores and customers, but the employees donât know who the real enemy is and choose to take their frustration out on customers. Iâve had box stores tell me corporate doesnât understand how it really works in the field, and Iâve always appreciated and understood that, but this? Donât yell at me because your employer doesnât value you.

They don't have the courage to ask for a tip they instead say, " it's gonna ask you a question;" as if it's appropriate to ask for a tip while stooping over the victim in the drive through. And tip for what? Doesn't Caribou care about their Boo's?

Always my favorite location. Kindest, friendliest team and I love all the smiles. This time I tried a ham and cheese bou-ritto, didn't get the hit sauce i ordered with it but still my favorite caribou.

I met a person to complete a FB Marketplace transaction in a public place. The facility is clean and appealing. I would recommend this spot to anybody looking for a nice, quiet spot to meet friends, etc.

Best Caribou location in the metro, I've been to many and this is the gold standard for service. Location is great, they have a drive-thru, they have 2 conference rooms and an open floor plan so you aren't packed in like sardines. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend this location.

This particular Caribou is very nice. the staff is extremely helpful, and nice to their customers. they treat their customers are respect and seem to remember customers named after coming there for awhile đ¸. I don't like is a cut all the trees down in the outside area which is going to suck in the summertime. Everybody wants shade when they sit outside drinking coffee â. Sitting under an umbrella is just faking lame LOL đ hope they plan to put in fake trees to make it more real. Joke but I really did like the trees is that area made it more private. Seems this summer I'll have to find a place that has a out side area that is more private......

30 min for a small latte and only 3 cars in front of us and no cars in the parking lot. Not worth it.

Came here with a friend in the morning when the place was basically empty. We waited 25 minutes for our food and had to go remind them cause they forgot what we even ordered. The employees were loudly discussing how my food was already sitting on the counter even though no one yelled it out or realized to tell me. They also didn't warm up the other food item. Terrible service

NOT the greatest place to work. I was fired for being late a few times. I had to Uber to work each day since I didnât have a car at 5:15am. NOT the most EMPATHETIC or UNDERSTANDING towards NEW employees. NOT the very DIVERSE in terms of RACE amongst employees. NOT very CONSISTENT in schedule. There were days Iâd show up to work and they would just send me home saying âoh, you donât have to work todayâ after getting there before 6am. They didnât tell me about a scheduling app until a MONTH INTO THE SHIFT.
