Caribou Coffee

Today was the by far the busiest I've seen it! There was about 20 to 25 people in the shop. The employees were hopping busy! They were awesome! Their voices were loud and clear when calling out orders. They were quick and efficient! Cheers!

First time here today. Very friendly staff here. Excellent coffee and adequate seating inside. Wasn’t too crowded even on a Sunday morning. I’ll continue to be a customer here. Thanks Caribou!

I have been going through this place for years and I have never had nor seen a bad experience with a customer. Also this place does not have a drive-thru. I have my doubts about some of the negative reviews posted here. The manager and staff are fabulous.

3 degree snowy day got harrassed by a woman working in the parking lot. I’m disabled elderly and parked near the store. I went in anyway and she started in on me again in the store for talking to employees. I’m really astounded that this women would not stop yelling and ordering me around. I won’t go to that shop again. I think she may be the owner or manager. She was white and all other employees were diverse. Very strange behavior

There were two employees who were handling a high volume of customers around early evening. They were friendly, inviting, and they were getting drinks out with minimum wait time! Good job ladies. This was on 11/25/2022. Thanks the drinks were tasty!

Nice place to pop in for your coffee, tea, or snack fix to go. I love the Chicken Apple breakfast sandwich. The bathrooms are closed right now but will hopefully open them up soon.

The staff are very nice and helpful. I like the longevity of the staff. I only orders a Caffe Capuchino.

Miss Caribou, wish it was still in Illinois. Definitely a highlight of my trip when I get to go.

I was really looking forward for a good bagel from caribou and the last two I have gone never have them. It's ridiculous and always ruins my day. I was even going to get a hot apple blast to add with my bagel and of course I didn't get that, what a waste. I always thought caribou was better then Starbucks but I might change my mind
