This place is great! Very friendly staff and the line always moves fast. The Nordic cafe miel is a must for an latte lover. Beautiful outdoor seating. Delicious/hearty breakfast sandwiches

Good little place, working under the tough COVID rules right now. Pretty good breakfast sandwiches, real good coffee and super “trail cookies”, along with friendly service. We really appreciated Java Moose during our short visit to Grand Marais this week.

The place was packed this morning! The drinks were much cheaper than a Starbucks or Caribou. Both our drinks were very well made and speedy for how busy they were. The Apple Cinnamon Scone was so great! Great place to stop when you need some coffee or a treat.

We came from out of town and this coffee shop DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Amazing coffee (that’s not full of sugar), tasty scones, wonderful and kind staff! They even recommended some great tourist spots for us to see out of town. I will miss this place.

We were in Grand Marais on Sat 9/25/21, Ordered 3 Large mochas and one Dark Choc. Caramel - worst we have ever had. Absolutely no flavor and tasted watered down. To make matters even worse, the guys didn't even want to stop at Java Moose. Very disappointed, especially after a half hour wait :(
