Terrible, our Blizzards were served to us in a soupy consistency and we were told that it was normal when I asked the kid operating the register. It was busy and we had to wait a long time so I'm guessing they didn't want to fix something that would inconvenience them. Not only that, but both of our blizzards had almost no brownie pieces mixed in, only cheap nuts!!! We may never go back...

Sam took our order. My wife ordered a drink that was seasonal.. and not in season... But that didn't stop the team.. they made it from what they had and my wife liked it more then the original drink. They where willing to make her something else if she didn't like it. For me.. I wanted a macchiato and they had the real thing.. not the SB fake version. Happy with my service.

One of the best Caribous I've been too. The baristas are so nice and friendly and helpful. They always prepare special drinks for my son who has Autism and food alergies, and they know their products well.

I have been a regular at this location for years. They have a very pleasant staff of young women whom I’ve always enjoyed being serviced by. However Laurie their manager has always caused issues for me. Over the years of going to this location Laurie has inconvienced me several times. She will forget to add the flavor shots to my coffee, she has forgotten to add the chocolate to my mochas, she has even at times forgotten to add the espresso and she never makes my coffee extra hot as I request and she’s never once apologized for it. Recently as of last week early in the morning on my way to work she made my drink with heavy whipping cream instead of the half n half that I ordered with. I called back to the store once I realized she gave me the wrong drink and I told her what she had done I followed up with telling her that I do not appreciate the service that she provides. The following weekend on Saturday February 23rd I went in to order my regular drink before heading to my kids basketball game around 11:50am. I had been told by other employees that Laurie is usually gone after 11 so I wasn’t expecting to see her there but behold as I walked in the door there she was. I waited in line and when it was finally my turn to order before I could speak Laurie told me that she had spoken to corporate and that I was going to need to find a different caribou to frequent, and that today would
Be the last time that I would be serviced out of HER store. I was appalled and explained to her how she is the one who continuously makes the mistake. She went back and fourth with me for a few moments and finally I told her that I would be contacting corporate as well and I gave her my order. She then handed me back my survey coupon and told me that she was refusing me service. When I asked her on what grounds she said “because I do not want you in my store”. and then threatened to call the police on me if I did not leave. Now being that I am a black woman having her threaten me with the police was insulting seeing that I did nothing out of line to offend her or make her feel threatened. At this point I was very upset and towards the end of our interaction I took out my phone to video the remaining interaction with Laurie. If I would have had more time This day I would have loved to sit and wait for the police to come so I could see how things would have ended. I remember a incident that Starbucks recently delt with regarding their African American patrons that cost their company millions of dollars. However moral of the story and the complaint is that this location has a terrible, judgmental manager that is not savvy with the modern day rules of customer service. And that is to treat everyone with the same respect that you yourself would want and expect when your spending over $7.00 dollars a day on your coffee at your neighborhood barista. I have contacted corporate regarding my unfair treatment and I hope they are able to rectify this situation. If I were YOU I would skip this location. Especially if your black! You wouldn’t want to run the risk of having Laurie call the police on you.

I have consistently had terrible service at this location. The barista's are always lovely and do a great job making drinks, however, the people that are working the register are less than competent. I was just in the store and tried to order a drink, but the girl at the register said they didn't make iced white mochas, so she said she'd order me something similar. To make a long story short, I ended up receiving a drink nowhere near a white mocha. The cashiers end up making a very simple order very complicated, and I ultimately end up receiving and paying $6.00 for a drink that I did not want.

Like most Caribou coffee shops, it's the employees that make or break it. The employees try their best, but I can tell they haven't been trained properly, so they have to struggle to learn as they go. The manager and her friend, Grandma Barbie, make mornings there unpleasant as Grandma Barbie has no business being on the register when it's busy. They do have great employees though that are great in spite of poor training. Teresa's a great example. Always friendly and she is a great barista along with, I think, the only guy that works there. Store has lost many great employees because of poor management.

Customer service is always top notch! The super friendly Manager runs a tight ship and it shows from the cleanliness of the store, to the efficiency of the lines, to the very knowledgeable and friendly baristas!

Caribou is great any day but it is a Sunday ritual. I go to my son's house most Sundays and pick up to lattes and two breakfast sandwiches on the way. Wonderful way to start the day.

Nice employees and always fast service. If I had to pick a complaint it's that if you order a cold press with no ice, they only fill the cup about 2/3rds full which seems strange but I'm sure that's corporate policy and not location specific!
