Caribou Coffee

Lori has been SO kind to me numerous times and went above and beyond for me when a trespasser on the property was making me feel unsafe. I always receive a welcoming greeting when I arrive here from her. Best customer service I've recieved in a while! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been coming here since it opened many years ago. It has continued to be a favorite. I am so pleased with the curbside service and hope they keep it after COVID. Love the coffee, the baristas are great and I love my Caribou!

This is one of my favorite coffee stops - not just for their delicious cold-press, but it’s a pleasant atmosphere to work at as well. And I want to extend my gratitude to them - because I typically ask for less than standard amounts of syrup for my drink size, and the manager seems to get it perfect every time! (she is often behind the counter making drinks for guests during my regular stop) The staff are always helpful and friendly as well.

Quick service. One of the kid's drinks was wrong and they made them a new one. Friendly staff.

It doesn't matter how nice or how hard I try, I'd like to have a drink that is actually hot, really hot! Not just slightly above room temperature! That's why I had to quit buying mochas and just get a hot Americano because at least that way it comes out boiling hot from the machine. But on my birthday I thought I'd try a mocha and ask them to make it at 200° knowing that they can only do 180 degrees just to emphasize that I wanted hot. What a person pays this much for a drink can't he at least get what he's requesting without having to be rude to the person working there? I don't always have time to take the drink back home and reheat it in the microwave but it seems like that's the only way I can enjoy a mocha because everybody is in such a hurry to take it out of the steamer so fast.

This is my spot! I swear these people are my family. I literally will not go to any other Caribou because no one provides service or drink quality like this location. Best store in the state. 10/10

As far as Caribou's go, this is a pretty standard one. The decor is nice, its usual pretty quiet, and there's plenty of places to sit down and enjoy your drink. There's no drive through so the wait shouldn't be as long for anything. Overall a solid Caribou.

This used to be one of our favorites with the bagels. But this time the food was for sure not as fresh. It tasted like the bagel sand was taken from the freezer and put in the microwave. Where before it was way fresher.

Not a very nice place. Dirty, sticky floors and tables, terribly slow service. Employees are poorly dressed and none if them seem too eager to help you. Some look like they are not a day older then 12. I like Caribous over all, better than Starbucks, but this is a disappointing location.

I have been going to Caribou every day for 10 years. I don't normally bother writing a review but this is the worst Caribou I've ever been to. The drink didn't taste right both people working didn't seem to care about customers. My drink was rung up wrong and made wrong I had them remake it which I also never do. She didn't bother to offer me the price difference in my drink back...not a huge deal it's like 30 cents but she should have still offered. I would have declined, however that is not good customer service. I just moved to Brooklyn Park I see there are 2 other Caribous a little further away, but I will be trying them instead.
