Best coffee and cafe in Ypsi. It's quiet, comfortable, and affordable. A coffee-lover's can't-miss. Wonderful staff as well!

I drive 45 min's to come here when I can. The coffee here is amazing.

Local family owned restaurant. Very friendly customer service and atmosphere. I'm an out of Towner so it was nice checking out a local coffee shop. The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't too much of a variety but that's totally understandable. 👍🏻

I was excited to go back to one of my old college haunts to do some work today. The atmosphere used to be warm and welcoming, but that is not what I experienced today. The "artisinal roast" and the atmosphere both felt pretentious. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't terrible, but I really wanted to love this place again. I think they have decided not to use heat in the building too. I was there for well over an hour, and I was unable to take my jacket off (or feel my fingers) the entire time.
I'll still support our local coffee shop but I'm begging you... Please bring back that fun unique atmosphere that made this diamond in the rough so popular.

The place is a bit worn out, but drinks are perfect. Did not try the bagles but they did smell nice.

Coffee is pretty good. The location and atmosphere is really where it's at. Good place to hang out and read a book or talk with friends. Go here all the time for social stuff

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, excellent food and drink options...plus fast wifi and a printing station. My go-to spot for remote work in Ypsi:)

I may consider having outings at The Ugly Mug after my first visit. The restaurant, though little and frail, delivers in offering quality coffee (my mother enjoyed the coffee she ordered while I was with her) and has a decent selection of homemade bakery-style food items. What really makes this place a hot attraction is the amount of artwork, stickers, etc. all over the restaurant from top to bottom. Customer service is friendly, too.

Went here for my first time today. I plan to go back tomorrow too. The people who work here were very nice, and made me feel comfortable right away. I will recommend this place to any one of my friends.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Good coffee, and it's the only cafe I've ever visited that has vegan cream cheese.
