The barista heard me chatting to the cashier about a less sweet version of a seasonal drink, he quickly chimed in that he could do it. Once my drink was ready he had me try the latte to ensure it was to my liking. Great people and great drinks!

Coffee is good, the service is prompt and polite. I've been coming here over the years and the quality has always been consistently good. I tend to visit during off hours so I've never had an unpleasant experience. I cannot honestly say how things are when it's busy, but I don't come to a coffee place to be in a rush either. If you are a motorcycle rider/enthusiast this is a great stop to take a break stretch your legs and get a solid cup I'd coffee or espresso drink.

I thoroughly enjoy my trips to the Ugly Mug. They always have unique light roast coffees that are named after the origins of the bean. These blends will change from time to time and it is always fun to taste them. In addition, their food is great. They do not have the money for labor like a place like Starbucks does, so their service is marginally slower-but who cares?

Overall-great atmosphere, great food, and great coffee-what more can you ask?

Great vibe, nice drinks and super kind and friendly staff. All around it was a great experience and I'll definitely be back.

Nice guys but it's not the same ,weak coffee.Not bad, but the cappuccino was little weak and really didn't taste like a high quality fresh ground Bean sorry

Recently visited. Cappucino and latte was extremely hot and not fun or tasty. Kids' hot chocolate had so much sugar that my kids refused to drink it. Interior is not exciting at all. Do not recommend. Look for another option.

Cross street always makes me feel so welcomed! Their coffee is always so good!!! Baristas are always so kind & the owner is great 😁
