This place has immaculate vibes and chill music for studying. Worth the drive from Ann Arbor

I saw the last review as well as the customer who posted it. The barista at the register rebooted the modem, as WIFI tends to need, and it worked after couple minutes and the staff were very nice, honest, and sincere. I’ve never experienced anything less at Cross Street Coffee.

Love, love, loved the Chai Latte and salmon bagel breakfast. Can't go wrong. Does take a little while to get your food as it is all freshly made, but worth it.

Been coming here for over a year now and this place is my favorite coffee spot by far. Love their white chocolate mocha 😌

Inexpensive coffee and bagels. Always good service, workers are friendly. Unfortunately, they seem to be short staffed sometimes. Workers still do well even with multiple customers.

I took one star off because I don't like the new tables and changes. It was more comfy before. I only like the new high chairs. Food is still the same though :)

the baristas were the absolute sweetest! had a wonderful dirty chai! great music selection with a very fun option of suggesting songs to put on the playlist ~
I, unfortunately, don't live in the area but if I did I would make this my regular coffee shop 100%

Awesome little coffee shop near Eastern's campus. Super friendly staff, love their chai tea! 😊

A street corner coffee shop with a lot to offer inside.

First impressions: it's like if you took an abandoned greenhouse and turned it into a café. It's got a charming grunge to it. It's very clean and tidy, but it feels earthy and weathered at the same time.

They offer parking out front, but there aren't many spaces. Despite this, there is plenty of seating options along the window, near the counter, and deeper within the building. It's not a huge space; the ceiling is high and has exposed airducts, giving it that classic, purposely unfinished, industrial look.

I visited this café around three in the afternoon, and it was not busy at all. Their lists of drinks was all very standard, with a giant chalk board detailing the menu overhead as you walk through the entrance. The cup of coffee I purchased ( an Irish Cream Cappuccino with almond milk) was inexpensive and delivered very quickly to my table.

What sold me on this place was the service. Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and welcoming. The server who had brought me my order made sure to check in on me after I had taken a sip to insure that it was to my liking. The entire process of buying a cup of coffee felt more like a conversation between friends, instead of an act of commerce.

Overall, this is the perfect solo spot if you're a café hopper like myself. I would also recommend this place for small, friendly gatherings as a means to relax and share a conversation over coffee and muffins. I definitely will be returning to Cross Street Coffee soon, and hope that you give it a try yourself!

As soon as you walk in it is a nice homey atmosphere. Amir is the new owner and he helped us and was more than sweet and friendly. He even welcomed a man to stay inside to eat his food instead of being out in the rain. He was so genuine and excited to help us out with trying new things. Please go visit him and he’ll make your day!

The staff was incredibly courteous and professional. They made an experience that is usually very easy ALSO incredibly pleasant. Worth an extra couple dollars and a tip for sure.
