Cross Street Coffee

I absolutely love this place. It's one of those awesome hole in the wall type of places. Don't judge the outside and give it a chance! The food is great, the coffee is so good, not to mention the service. I've become friends with the staff as I am a regular and they always talk with me about how I'm doing or things we love. It's also a great atmosphere for studying or passing the time. It feels like a place where my parents live and that's hard to find in southern Michigan. I definitely recommend giving it a try. Also, they're remodeling so it'll look just as good on the outside as it is on the inside!

It's bigger on the inside! Great seating options and great vibes; I could definitely sit and work here for a while. My iced Americano was delicious and the two baristas were so welcoming and helpful. Will be back.

The coffee shop I would move to Ypsi for, if I could. Bella is the best barista (oat milk latte and oat milk matcha latte, always with cinnamon) and a mighty fine human. They made my breakfast both mornings I was visiting Ypsi. My Sammie’s were (Southwest on Asiago bagel minus the salsa, add spinach and avocado )
just what I needed to soak up all the good stuff during my solo mama-get-a-way. Treat yourself and head to Cross Street Coffee in Ypsi.

Used to be a good spot, guy making my coffee today was being trained and the trainer let him work at a snails pace. Waited 25 minutes for a coffee and a bagel in the morning, and was the only person in the store. Would have let it go but the guy literally poured the entire bottle of sweetener into my coffee and now I’m without a $6 latte and late to work. The old staff were so cool and professional it’s a shame they will be losing my business.

I've been here a couple times, and never was disappointed. The drinks I've had were always very good, the food delicious and the staff always nice and welcoming. Even though they didn't have eggs for the bagel I ordered they made it up by being so genuine and substituting the egg with some other extra goodies. I will be back in the very near future!

Came here for the bagels and they are amazing! The owner fries the egg right in front of you for the bagel sandwich and can’t get enough.
The danish is fantastic too and coffee is really good.
Will be coming back often.

It was amazing! So many options on the menus and the barista offers many things to enhance the experience. He wouldn’t even let me tip but still took really good care of me and my friend. They brought the food out and took their time with the drinks. Very sweet and made jokes the whole time. Definitely recommend!!

Yo the vibe here was amazing, Amer is the most good hearted person you could ever meet and the coffee is incredible. Coffee being one of my favorite things I can tell you from experience this is hands down the best mug in the county.

The crew always makes an effort to deliver you not only good foods and drinks but good customer service. I've been there several times and always enjoy my stay. It's perfect for class meet ups, dates, friend hang outs and there is always convenient parking.

This coffee shop is amazing, very welcoming and coffee is honestly one of the best i ever had... always have to appreciate small business owners who vaule customers and great coffee. Thank you so much for the hospitality.
