Newly renovated. Really the only place to 'cafe work' in Ypsi - with indoor/outdoor seating. Decent breakfast sandwiches, baked goods, and coffee. Friendly staff and ownership. Dog friendly. Could be better, but getting better and better.

I really loved the Lox bagel; it's the best I've had. The iced Americano I got was good but I've had better. The staff there is always super nice and the atmosphere is nice for reading and getting work done as well as just meeting up with someone. I will say that I wish they had better furniture and tables but I suppose the décor has its charms.

Stopped by earlier today for a coffee and It was an amazing experience. Very friendly staff and probably the best coffee around hands down

This used to be the best coffee place in town with great service and amazing people working there. However, recently there seems to have been changes in management and a new staff put in place who are as tasteless as the coffee that is now being served. This place has lost it's community connection and become just another below-average coffee shop, still pretending to be more. After years of being loyal customer, I will now be taking a longer walk in the mornings to the other side of town for coffee.

I ordered two bagel sandwiches and they were both disappointing. The lox bagel was eight dollars and it had barely any lox on it. The breakfast bagel wasn't very good, either. I threw it away after a couple of bites. Maybe the coffee here justifies the high reviews, but I don't think I'll be coming back for anything. $16 wasted.

wonderful place! i live about two blocks from there & i come in about once a week and grab a latte from them as i’m walking by, the golden milk latte is excellent!! the staff is friendly and the interior is so cute! i only wish they played music but that is personal preference. all food/drink i’ve tried there so far has been great :)

My husband and I were regulars here for years and love the location and vibe. It makes me sad to write this review, but the negative experience keeps getting replicated now. A few months ago seemingly around time of some new hires or staffing changes the espresso drinks have been pretty much undrinkably bad since. I don’t know if it is how they are being made or if this is a coincidence in terms of beans /roasting that started around same time or what. It’s not even just the flavor of the espresso or coffee are now really bitter, as if machine has not been properly cleaned, but the espresso or coffee drink we would get is not what we ordered. Cafe au lait? How about I just pour cold milk in there. Also disappointing when you order a lox bagel at high price and get 2 slices of lox or a different breakfast sandwich and get cold dense untoasted bagel. I don’t think we are going to keep trying anymore at this point.

A great local cuppa joe - vanilla latte is my go to favorite (hot or cold)!

Super friendly, down to earth coffee shop with a great vibe and great coffee! We stopped as a detour in a road trip and we were happy we did.
