I am not sure if they were just stressed and understaffed but the servers were very rude and unprofessional. I was ignored for quite awhile before placing order, and then I was told "This is not MC Donald's so its gonna take a while." I watched an older server eat at the bar while prepping food. I overheard a server tell another customer that they shouldn't eat here. The servers were talking badly about the cooks very loudly. I am not sure what the food tasted like because I left because the lack of food safety etiquette and the bad environment. :(

Great service, great food, great prices! Ordered breakfast for 4 people on a Friday morning and a great breakfast was ready to take out in about 10 minutes. This place is a Kalamazoo staple.

Excellent WednesdayThanksgiving dinner experience for this simple corner cafe. Loved the carafe of coffee. $7.95 with pumpkin pie plus coffee. Wait staff worked as a team Seamlessly.

Liked the breakfast! Fast service, good food,and prices much lower than expected! The atmosphere is a neat nautical theme. The perfect place to go while getting a hydraulic hose made at Edwards Industrial!

Extremely friendly wait staff. Food is on par for the price. And talk about FAST. If you need to eat in a hurry. This is the place. Used to eat here daily when I lived closer. Everytime I go to that side of town I have to stop In for a breakfast scramble. Yum!!!!

They have just about everything you could possibly want on the menu. Always friendly and very good service, always! It's not much to look at from to the inside or out but the food and the service are so good you really don't even think about what it looks like.
