Good coffee, good eggs & pancakes, good sausage. Great prices. Great service. A Kalamazoo standard...

The people were nice, but the food was just...meh. The decor was fun, but it just didn't make up for the lack luster food. I know this is your typical dive breakfast place, but nothing about it makes me want to come back. Most of what we tried was either greasy or bland. I've had better food at airports.

The prices were good and the food came out quickly.

I wouldn’t even really give them a 1 star but that’s the only way I could leave my complaint. I ordered an order to go n they forgot my drink so I had to go back n once I finally got to eat my food there were no condiments. Who wants to eat toast with no jelly n hash browns with no ketchup. N the food was mediocre. Definitely won’t go back

Quickly seated on a Sunday morning. Seat yourself. Speedy service. Many breakfast combos as well as American fare for lunch and dinner.
Was good, quick and on our way.
People liked the scrambled and they handled my wife's "When Harry Met Sally" order.
Only neg was the country crock...
Parking lot on the side and street parking. Looked full but tables available.
Only non chain around open on the 4th of July.

I was so looking forward to coming here. I've always heard a ton of great things about the place, so today I finally tried it out. I ordered the hungry man breakfast and they forgot my bacon. Not a huge deal, but I love bacon so I was disappointed.
What was really upsetting was my waitresses lack of care for checking on me. I saw her twice and she never said anything to me other than asking what I wanted to order. She dropped off the bill when I got my food and I never saw her or heard from her again. The waitress in the next section over asked me how everything was. The food was placed sloppily on the plate, and the hashbrowns were full of grease or oil.
Just a horrible experience overall. I'm honestly not sure if I'll come back.

Poor Richard is a awesome little cafe just depends on who's cooking but most of the time you get firefood and it tastes great
