This was my first experience today. I ordered the Gonzo burger with onion rings..delicious! The service was great and our food was fast. Very nice atmosphere. Poor Richard's has a fan in me!

Sad to say this will be my last visit to Poor Richards.. Coming in to order is a nightmare and I feel completely invisible trying to order and can’t ever call in because the phone is busy. I sat in the back bar for 15 min before asked if I ordered. That was after the fact that I told the lady in the front I felt invisible back there after asking her if she can take my order. Use to love eating here but the poor customer service makes this my last visit as I sit here at this very moment. This is the second time this has happened to me

I hadn't been here for many years but was in town and decided to return. My breakfast was great as it always has been. The staff are friendly and talkative and take good care of you.
I need to get back here more often!

I've been disappointed the last few times I ordered ahead. My hash browns and sausage was undercooked years ago you might have to waite for a table and you would almost allways would see someone you know hope they get it together

Wonderful service and great food. Coffee could be improved, but the eating experience was yummy.

Pros:
Low, low prices.
Super-fast service, even when it's busy.
Friendly waitresses.
Delicious food, with a wide selection.
They leave a coffee carafe at your table -- no waiting for refills.

Cons:
This is really picky, but I think they undercook their hash browns.
If you're allergic to cigarette smoke, don't come here. The non-smoking area is fully open to the rest of the restaurant, and they sell cigarettes at the front counter..
I don't think anything on the menu qualifies as remotely healthy, but it's not really that kind of place.

Overall, I'd say it's the best diner in town, and definitely great value for your money.

Awesome home cooked food at food prices! The staff will cook to order for you and the atmosphere is mostly marine life with a huge fish tank inside! I've been going here for many years and love it!

Often call in a to-go order for a fast "homemade" breakfast. My order is always correct, hot and ready to go when I arrive. The prices are extremely reasonable the portions are great and the cinnamon rolls are to-die-for!! Must try this place!!

Great food and service every time we go.
