Coffee was honestly pretty bad, the customer service was awful, they were very rude. I ordered a Large Cafe moca and it was filled halfway. Unfortunately it’s the only coffee shop in the area so you’re quite limited.

We continued to come back to this coffee house because we liked it so much - the coffee was great, they had lots of options, and the pastries were soooo good. We enjoyed hanging out in the place and playing board games.

Very cool. A nice small Cafe in a small town. Friendly staff and good coffee. It smells amazing as well. They sell coffee scented candles as well as large bags of coffee.

Always a dang good cup of joe.

We've stopped here several times after spending a cold day at the beach. They have a little seating area and restrooms (it's not unusual for us to order pizza across the street, and then come here while we wait to get a drink and use their restroom). I've had their Chai Latte and Chai Freeze, as well as a few other drinks and pastries, and I'm always really happy with whatever I get. Service is quick, too, which is nice.

I like mochas but they were not making them. The latte was fine. Staff not so friendly. Temperature set at 63 degrees in the seating area on a rainy less than 60 degree day. Odd but it didn't seem that cold though I was wearing a sweatshirt. They obliged my request to turn down the loud music. I was able to enjoy reading in a coffee shop first time since the shutdown.

Ordered some for a Christmas gift and was disappointed. The Banana coffee didn't have any special flavor or even smell. It's pleasant coffee but tastes plain...definitely not banana. Used to be they had the best flavored coffee here but now kind of disappointing

Went in August during the end of the busy season. The line was out the door on a weekend morning. Took about 15 minutes to order. We ordered 2 lattes the same size. One weighed at least double. The lighter one had less milk and tasted like burnt and like had a burning tire bitterness like hadn't cleaned the machine out in a while. The second time we went the line was just as long in the morning and they gave my drink to someone else. The confusion had be waiting another 10 minutes for my drink. Better service and trained baristas would do this place a world of good.

I'm not normally one to leave a negative review, but this place was TERRIBLE. Went there with 3 friends and they messed up 3 out of 4 of our orders - not just once, but 3 times. The first time they made the drinks hot instead of iced - honest mistake, no big deal. But then instead of making us new drinks, they apparently just poured the hot ones over ice, because they were completely lukewarm and very watered down. Asked them to remake them again and they still got it wrong. It was just Americanos with milk & syrup. Nothing complicated. Also the coffee itself was awful; not at all what we expected from a roasting company. It's worth driving to the next town over to find a place with better products & service.

Extensive selection of roasted beans to choose from. Seating is limited but there is usually a table available. Cozy, inviting. Always friendly staff. My girls and I frequently drive to Glen Arbor for a fancy coffee. We’ve never been disappointed.
