Owl Eye Coffee Roasters

Had a warm welcome and great service when I visited Owl Eye for the first time. I drink pour over every morning and tried a couple of their different beans. The Costa Rica was really delicious! Will definitely shop here again.

What a great up and coming place! Tried out the cold brew during The Cadillac Art's Festival (it was AMAZING) and finally able to stop in where the magic happens. I know nothing about coffee, so it was awesome to learn a few things. Owner is very knowledgeable and took the time to tell me about what he does. If you want great fresh coffee to brew, stop in!! I shall be back!

Great little coffee roaster right downtown Cadillac. Super helpful and informative. They also have direct sourcing with farmers which is a huge bonus. Coffee is amazing as well (obviously). Can't wait for the cafe to open!

Cadillac is so fortunate to have a premier coffee roaster in our town. We have tried many different roasts and have enjoyed each of them with our French Press or Aeropress. Aaron, the owner, is very knowledgeable and happy to share the coffee experience with you. Great FRESH coffee every morning in our house!😊 If you haven't been there yet, don't wait!!

What a neat little surprise in downtown Cadillac! We stopped in to see what the place was all about and left feeling energized; not just from a great cup of coffee, but also from getting to know the owners and hearing about their vision for local business and supporting global economy through sustainable coffee practices. I'm very pleased that Owl Eye Roasters is making a home in Cadillac. Quality product and quality people!

Great new coffee stop in Cadillac: They roast their own coffee beans, have excellent knowledge of their product, personally talk to customers to help make recommendations based off your preferences, and have wonderful tips on brewing and enjoying coffee that I wouldn't have learned otherwise! Plus, they deliver! I can't wait until they have the cafe up and running!

Have you ever wanted a cup a coffee that tastes as good as it smells? Look no further! (really, seriously, it does taste as good as it smells)
Was really impressed with their selection of roasts..light to dark, espresso, plus, they are right downtown Cadillac! Aaron showed me around, let me check out the roaster, see the beans.. really a cool experience.
Will be drinking Owl Eye from now on!

My husband and I made an almost 2 hour drive one way to check out this roastery, and we were impressed on all accounts. Aaron took the time to show us his roasting process, recommend several roasts that we loved, AND roasted a specific bean for us while we grabbed lunch so we could be sure to get exactly what we were looking for. We came for the coffee, but we'll be back for the staff (and coffee, lol).
