Owl Eye Coffee Roasters

Ok so I previously reviewed after only trying the dark roast. I have now tried more and everything is excellent! Best coffee I’ve ever had.

Coming from another roaster, I cannot recommend a visit here enough. The knowledge this roaster has is what you want to see when you walk in and see a beautiful diedrich machine right behind the register. Green coffee of so many kinds to were around for me to inquire about, and I was able to taste some fantastic coffee too. I was made a pour-over that was brewed by someone who I could tell had the love and passion for specialty coffee that the industry and its customers deserve. You need to stop in here.

My family and I were in Cadillac for a wedding this Summer, and we stopped into Owl Eye while looking for coffee, and we're so glad we did! It was great to meet the owner and learn about their coffee, and the coffee was great. 10/10 totally recommend!

This is the best coffee I've tasted hands down. It is a great boost for the day. The taste is not bitter like other coffees I've had and it doesn't upset my stomach at all. The service was great. I would give 6 stars if I could.

They know the ins and outs of coffee on another level and were able to help me select a roast that is to my liking. The new shop is really nice.

Stopped in today and Aaron was there getting prepared for the day. I've been to numerous coffee roasters shops, and wow does he ever know his stuff ! I was impressed with his passion and eagerness to chat and share his knowledge. After discussing the characteristics I love about coffee, he undersood exactly what I was looking for. I was completely comfortable asking him to pick a few of his favorites for me, and I'm certain I will love every one. It's been said before if you love what you do, you'll never work a day of your life. You can clearly see that to be true in Aaron's case. I will definitely be back !

I'm not a coffee aficionado, but Aaron took all the time necessary to educate me on the different types of coffee and brewing styles. Purchased a bag of Colombian Geisha which was delicious!

I fell in love with the environment of this cute cafe as soon as I walked in, Aj was great and so was my chia. Best experience I’ve had walking into a cafe! All natural everything too!!
