From the moment we walked in, we fell in love! From the super cute decor, to the smell, to the customer service from Aaron. Amazing experience and super tasty coffee! Prices are very good too. Thank you owl eye!

If you're ever in town I recommend Owl Eye Coffee for any coffee needs. I had stopped in to try a bag and unknowingly walked in outside of business hours as they were working late. They were still very welcoming. The smell of the fresh roasted coffee is unbelievable. They have great coffee and coffee beans/grounds and can educate you on every detail of the coffee such as the origin of the beans, their unique flavor profiles and the roasting process. I stayed a few minutes and chatted with them and it is clear that this is a craft they are passionate about. Quality is what really stands out to me and not only in the Coffee they produce but also their customer service. Once they get their projects completed and the can open up their cafe I'm sure this will be a local hot spot.

We were introduced to Owl Eye and the owner Aaron by our family and what a treat it was to experience a couple of new different beans and roasts and they even treated our grandchildren to a cup of fresh hot chocolate and a cookie. The atmosphere and the smells were awesome. We will have to visit the Owl Eye again and say “Hi” to the first original Cadillac born and raised entrepreneur we have had the pleasure to meet. Thank you Aaron M&M 🙂

Imagine my surprise to find a truly world class coffee roaster in downtown Cadillac! As I write this review, I'm sitting at my dining room table drinking a morning cup of coffee that's as good or better than anything that's dripped out of my V60 in the past few months. The beans? Owl Eye Sumatra Gayo.

Seriously people of Google, make it your mission to visit Owl Eye. Go for the fantastic coffee, and stay for the witty banter with the shop's friendly and knowledgeable owners.

Had a great experience for my first time! The owners were wonderful, the coffee was amazing, and the cafe was open and inviting. I had the vanilla dirty chai and would recommend it a hundred times over. It’s rare to find a good dirty chai and they made it perfectly!

Jin and Aaron are amazing people and the Cadillac area is blessed to have 2 people who are so passionate about their coffee!
I personally have always bought whole bean coffees from the big names and have been satisfied because it's not from a can. I am telling you though...Owl Eye is different, it absolutely blows away anything I have tried in the past. I bought a bag of the Legacy Sumatra and a bag of Opaque the other day. Brewed a pot this morning and honestly, that was the best pot of coffee I have ever made!
I found the price reasonable considering the beans are being roasted right there in the back room at the store, seriously it doesn't get any fresher than that. You don't get that with the Meijer brand beans or starbucks.
Bottom line: if you like coffee, you have to try Owl Eye. Jin and Aaron can help you find the coffee that is best suited for your pallet and they can educate you and explain the process and the flavor profiles which will blow your mind! I had no idea how good a black cup of coffee really was until I started using Owl Eye.
If you truly enjoy great coffee then you will find that the price is simply what good coffee cost! Like good healthy food you get what you pay for! I won't buy coffee anywhere else.

Such a pleasant and cozy atmosphere! The owners are so kind and helpful. The coffee always smells amazing and Owl Eye makes an awesome hot chocolate!

We got Owl Eye Coffee Roasters' coffee and tea as Christmas gifts. Though they travelled from Michigan to Oregon, they are still fresh and fill my house with cozy and warm aroma. Tried first in a french press and it was AWESOME. While Portland where I live is a quite well known coffee city (e.g., the home of Stumptown Coffee Roasters) in the West, some Portlanders look for smaller roasters who stick to serving the best quality over expansion. Hope they could get within the reach of this roasters and try one day.
