Great local roaster! Owner and his family were very friendly, super hospitable. Had a nice time talking with them. Cold brew was amazing! Bought some coffee beans and can’t wait to have them at home! If you like coffee, stop in grab a cup and chat with the owner. We will be back.

First local artisan coffee roasters in the Cadillac, MI area that I'm aware of, great news for coffee enthusiasts like me. Owner is very knowledgeable and passionate in his art, and believe me roasting coffee is an art. Great prices for the freshest beans I've had. Nice variety of different beans and roasts all with their own unique flavors and aromas. I've only tried a couple so far, both were very smooth and absolutely no bitterness. Although the light roast was a little too light for me, I'm more of a medium roast guy, it was still a very tasty cup of coffee. I fell in love with the Brazil after the first sip and will be making that my every day coffee, though I'm excited to try each variety they carry and I'm told he will be adding more soon. Stop in and tell him the flavor profile you're looking for, he'll recommend a good bean for you. Owl Eye Coffee Roasters is the place to go for the freshest, best tasting coffee in the area.

Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about coffee. The latte was hands down the best I have ever had. The beans I purchased, can't remember which variety, were some of the best I have ever had as well. If you want fresh roasted coffee this is the place!

We were in town and happened to stumble upon this shop! We walked away blown away and refreshed by how personable the owner and his family are. I’m not very knowledgeable about coffee, but I know good humble people when I see them. So happy to have this gem in our little town! Not only is the coffee amazing, they are super knowledgeable and passionate about their product and willing to share it! The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of unique coffees beans, sourced from all over the world, that are roasted on site. The owner took time to explain all their roasts and helped me choose the perfect coffee for my tastes. There is something for everyone! If you are a coffee connoisseur you have to check this place out; their focus and dedication to creating a great coffee is very apparent.

If you are in Cadillac and like coffee this is a must go to destination! The owners are so friendly and the coffee is amazing! My daughter and I stopped yesterday and had caramel macchiatos which were the best I've had anywhere and also bought a bag of decaf Columbian coffee which I am looking forward to this morning!
