The owners are very informative! Helped me picked out what coffee I would like based on my preferences and even allowed me to smell the different roasts.
I also suggest you try today's special, which is the Guatemala Antigua, if you want a more medium roast that is chocolaty and super smooth.
Highly reccomend giving this place a visit!

The owners rolled out the red carpet and earned a new loyal customer. I drive by Cadillac regularly and this is my new go to place for great beans roasted with love. Amazing selection and hospitality. Maybe call ahead to schedule a cupping of you can.

My wife and I recently learned of this gem of a coffee roaster in the heart of Cadillac and decided to stop in today. We sampled several coffees and espressos and were both highly impressed with every coffee we tried. They seem to have a very large variety of coffee beans from around the world and roast styles to fit every pallet. They even carry some wildly exotic beans that are truly unique. Both Aaron and Jin are passionate about what they do and we enjoyed listening as they shared some of their knowledge and experiences. In addition to sampling coffee, we took a few coffee beans home with us. We were so glad to have stopped in today and look forward to running out of coffee next time so we can try something new!

Stopped in with my brother just to check it out, He and Aaron got to nerd out and talk about their craft for what felt like forever. Coffee was lit, it was also cool to see the shop mid-renovation as it felt like seeing a blank canvas just waiting to be transformed into a work of art. Keep on keeping on y’all!

Had such a great time here! Aaron and his lovely wife's knowledge of coffee is pretty incredible but their "super-power" is really their warm and friendly nature!
