The pour overs were delicious, cookie was perfect, and we even got some cold brews for later. The owner was kind and so helpful, taking the time to help us out, even though they were closing for the holiday. We were bummed they were closed for breakfast the next morning, but our brief experience was the best.

Cafe Rica’s quality is beyond your typical coffee shop. The staff are phenomenal, the food is incredible, and the coffee is to die for. Big city quality in a small town. My lunch time go-to of a kickin’ grilled cheese +steak and a manhattan with oat-milk is *chef’s kiss*.

A true gem of a cafe in battle creek! The espresso martinis are delicious, as are their coffee drinks and seasonal lemonade (especially if you like it tart!). The toastadas are unique and well crafted with a good balance in flavors from all the ingredients. Staff is friendly and accomodating, bringing us several water cups for our hot pups. I look forward to coming here any time I am in the area :)

Rosti Pollo 10 out of 10! Wow! It has a hint of heat with the jalapeños, but the flavor combination is out of this world! The coffee is the best in Battle Creek. I recommend the iced Cafe Miel if you like your coffee sweet. A++

I love cafe rica! My favorite place in Battle Creek. The coffee is so good, I love the lavender oat milk latte. The mango smoothie is soooo good too. I’ve gotten the chicken caprese wrap and I love it! I love the vibe too :)

Excellent food and espresso! A great chill vibe. Sort of wish the staff had mentioned there's no service at the bar after sitting there for 10 minutes but no hard feelings. Everything was wonderful
