I love this local Battle Creek spot. We had a coffee, latte, and tortas, all were excellent! Plus very friendly staff. Next time I'm in town I will make this a stop for sure!

Honestly the breakfast was not good, the waffles sandwiches tasted pretty bad I’m sorry but honestly if they added sausage, eggs, and bacon all together with some seasonings then it be really good.

I remember this cafe from its days in the shipping container. I haven't gone back since, because I didn't particularly enjoy the coffees they served. I get it, they were limited with what they could do in a shipping container. I am kicking myself for not supporting this company since their move, and I apologise for that. My order today was a decaf caramel latte and a breakfast quesadilla. They were both delicious. The cafe itself is stunning, with real plants all over, and a selfie wall, which I regretfully forgot to take a picture of or with. I guess I'll just have to go back.

I've had the pleasure of watching Tristan and Jackson grow from an e-commerce store, to a popup coffee shop at trade shows and events, to their first location in a modified shipping container (very cool btw), to a legit brick and mortar location on W Michigan Ave, to a soon to be opened permanent location in the heart of downtown. These two have been through a lot along their journey and they never once thought about quitting. They embody the Battle Creek drive and spirit. I will continue to support them until my teeth decay from too much coffee!

On my second visit I found Cafe Rica excellent in every way. Great to find new roasters doing unique drinks in SW Michigan.

Probably the best and most unique cafe in Southwest MI! Amazing staff, delicious food and beverages and an atmosphere that screams “Welcome”.

Great cafe for quick bites, coffee, and other drinks. I was very impressed with the atmosphere, presentation and quality of the food. Staff were helpful and fast. Definitely recommend for breakfast or lunch.

Food was unique and enjoyable. We really liked our experience.

Food and coffee are always a 10/10! I come in here at least once a week and they always remember me and help me decide which drink to get when I’m indeceisive 😝
