The staff their is extremely knowledgeable about coffee, how it’s made, and where each brew comes from. Everything I’ve ordered from them is fresh and tastes excellent. Atmosphere has an upbeat and fun feel. You can sit inside or out, both have a great view. I would like to see them get a customized open sign to better fit their unique feel.

What a wonderful experience. Weekly stop now. Breakfast options are exquisite and is complimented with delicious tea and coffee. My go to is the iced matcha, the other teas are remarkable as well. Nice environment inside with the outside seating available for nice days. Very friendly staff. Keep up the good work!

What a unique find! The atmosphere is welcoming and bright, plus you can see the food being made right when you walk in! Cool decor and amazing staff.
The menu has a great variety of both food and drinks. From breakfast & coffee to cocktails & sandwiches! This place has it all. I'm looking forward to coming back!
I tried the Pomegranate Lemonade and "Casadilla" YUM! 😋

Atmosphere is lovely and plenty of pride decor (extra points in my book!) with very nice staff throughout my dining experience. I personally ordered the chicken caprese wrap and the seasonal yule tide latte. The wrap was good but a little lacking in flavor and the latte was excellently brewed and I could actually taste the ingredients listed on the menu. I also tried the Churro Waffle and the Veggie Quesadilla and all in all, the flavor was good but not quite great. I’ll be sure to return to try more of their expansive menu and though Cafe Rica thrives in drinks and service, it lacks in consistent flavor.

By FAR the best quality coffee in southwest MI. I regularly rotate between the Carmel Latte and the Cafe Miel. I also enjoy grabbing one of their freshly baked muffins. And to top it off, the service is always great. Everyone is smiling and accommodating. This place is a must if you love coffee.

Atmosphere: Hipster style Cafe with same type of food. Clean with music playing at a low level through the speakers.
Food: I had the steak and egg quesadilla served with salsa $13.50. The portion was decent but the steak was lacking flavor. No silverware left, just a napkin.
Drink: I had water that was served out of a sink faucet.
Service: had no service other than the person who brought the food to the table. No return to check on food or refills. Not sure why I gave them a tip.

Urban vibe, great Java & health conscience, delicious breakfast quesadilla. Sometimes out of items like decaf, creamer/milk options. Sometimes unpredictable service so hold onto your customer number & receipt. I understand from friends that call ahead orders are more reliable. Overall great coffee joint!

Cafe Rica feels like home. Whether I need to buckle down and work, am looking for solitude with a good book, want to enjoy some live music or local art, or need the warmth of loved ones and friendship, the warm, welcoming, engaging, and inclusive environment at Cafe Rica is everything I need, whenever I need it (with literally the BEST food and beverages too)!

Awesome experience! Emersive art where you can speak with the artists one on one. Highly recommend their quarterly art show! Come for the art, stay for the drinks! (Because these guys are serious mixologists)

Went for the first time a few weeks ago and had a splendid visit! Love the atmosphere and the food was delicious. I ordered one of their BLTs with a strawberry lemonade and have been thinking about going back for another one ever since. Would definitely recommend!
