SPoT!

Best bagel place ive been to in MA. My only gripe is that there is always a wait and they could use an extra person as staff during their busy hours. Only one person for register and one person preparing everything. The coffees are made by the same person for the register which is what causes insane delays. Could easily cut down time by having a person for register only during busy hours. Would increase number of people served and increase profits. If they had the extra staff for those hours, id give this place 5 stars.

Update August 2022 (now a 5 star place for me): it was my first time trying their new location. Same quality bigger store and organized so when you go in, a whole area to just select what bagels you want to put in a bag so if you aren't getting a sandwich prepared by them, no wait. Before it was a 30 minute wait at least, now I was in and out within 5 minutes. Bagels were amazing as always and with no wait,I will go there more often now. I hadn't gone cause I was worried that with a bigger store it would just mean room for more people and a larger wait, but they organized everything so that wouldn't happen. Love it.

Best bagels around! Great selection! The sandwiches are amazing! The staff is great! The choices for soda is like no other. So many to choose from and many you probably never heard of.

Wait time is 1.5 hours minimum. Get some more workers

Ok, I love spot i’ve been going for a longgg time. Good bagels and drinks, always has been. The old location was slow but not ridiculous in terms of wait, you would go expecting to spend ~30min. But I really need to say the new location is beautiful and good for the two owners of the place i’m really happy for them. But omg now it takes FOREVER over two hour wait for 2 bagels and coffee’s is absolutely unacceptable. I understand that the two people working don’t mind it this way but it’s terrible for the customer, they NEED to hire more people.

Best prices and definitely a business that deserves the support. The two that run SPoT do an incredible job and make you feel welcomed as soon as you enter the building. There new building is definitely better and they now have much room to grow.

Like many others have shared, the food is great but the wait time is atrocious. Got there shortly before 10 AM on a Sat and had to wait 90 minutes for two bagel sandwiches. Thought moving to a new location would change things but clearly it hasn't.

Please hire more staff or you'll lose your customers.

A truly stellar place to get bagels, specialty sodas, sandwiches made with their bagels, iced coffee, and otherwise. Their aesthetics fit a retro theme, and look great. Their bagels are by a mile, the highlight of it all, being made in the same place that you can get them, and you can get them in a bag or have a sandwich made with one, for very fair prices. The sodas are truly fantastic as well, with almost 8 back to back shelves and a refrigerator in the back where you can get some. You might find yourself spending a couple minutes deciding, out of the vast variety there, which ones to put in your six pack, all because you found one you might never see anywhere else near, maybe even far. Little things also go unnoticed, like the small variety of toast spreads there, including homemade almond, peanut, and dark chocolate peanut butter. They also have Italian ice there, cakes, some specialty food items, a wide variety of iced coffee flavors, and candy. If you come to Norwood for any reason... this is the spot.

Just note they are understaffed, just like everywhere, so if you see a long line expect to wait awhile.

Totally worth it though!!

I absolutely love SPOT in Norwood! The first time I had a bagel here, was the last time I had a bagel anywhere else. Lines, they’re long, yes. But they move right along, so don’t be discouraged. There is one person taking orders and filling the drinks and one person on the bagels. And they’re VERY nice! (After dealing with a constant barrage of people/orders for hours, good thing I’m not behind the counter. I know I wouldn’t be as nice.)

Great food but whether there's a line or not it takes about 30 minutes to get your food. I waited that long for 2 egg sandwiches.
