Good sandwich friendly staff but it took too long to get our sandwich’s.

I come here as much as I can, Thats as much as I can get in the door. This place is always packed to the brim for the most part. The bagels are amazing. I try to have one every day. My bosses send me to get the bagels so we have them at work, we eat almost the whole dozen in a day. Id give them 10 stars if I could. The service is phenomenal, the bagels are always fresh and still warm from the oven. If you haven't tried spot, you're really missing out, its a staple in this area. Comfort food at its best!

Have fun waiting 30 minutes for a bagel then being treated like they're doing you a favor when you finally get to the counter. Can't deny they have good bagels, just can't justify the ridiculous service. Go ro Cafe Fresh or Blue Moon instead.

Waited 45 minutes for our order of four bagel sandwiches that never came and were nowhere close to coming out. Canceled the order.

Why move to a larger location? Still one employee/owner (often in a miserable mood without wearing hair net or hat) making the food and one employee on register. There's no way to quickly go in and buy soda, candy or bagels if you don't want to order food. It's the worst staffed & logically thought out food service establishment I've ever seen.

Phenomenal! Fresh, flavorful, and so affordable!! Also - the almond mocha joy coffee could be my lifeblood!
