OK so the food and coffee is great but who would ever want to wait an hour for it. If you go on a Saturday or Sunday forget it you will be there for at least a half hour. they have 1 person working behind the counter maybe two. I waited 1 hour for 1 single bagel that i got because i got it toasted. Had I known it took an hour to toast a bagel i would have left, but what happens is you get put behind everyone with sandwiches and big orders they have a horrible system here and they need help significantly. They would do so much more business if they had help and could cut down lines and wait times.

Be prepared for long waits. One cook, preparing orders one at a time. Don’t bother going after 9am on a weekend, it will take up your entire morning.
Extremely inefficient.
Owners need to hire more cooks, having one guy shuffle around at the griddle is not the way to run a business with this much traffic. The first time my wife and I tried to order, we waited for 45 mins and then gave up before getting to the front of the line. The second time I went by myself and waited another 45 mins just to order. The lady working the register told the gentleman in front of me it would take 45 mins to cook his order. You’re looking at 90 mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches.
Food is good but not worth the wait time. If you decide to stick it out you will see people come in, look at the line, sigh, then turn around and leave. Obviously this has been going long enough for people to recognize the long wait times.
Owners need to fix their wait time problem. Not sure if I will be coming back…

So good! And employees are the sweetest! Love all the lox Sammie’s and the coffee is to die for! And affordable! Love supporting this local spot! ;)

We like the food.. and have tried to come multiple times. Unfortunately we wait 45 mins for two breakfast sandwiches EVERY time. Every time.. we’ll say we’re never going back and then 6 months later we try again… nope, no good. Breakfast sandwiches are not worth waiting in the car with three kids for 45 mins

I recommend the Nova Lox on a cinnamon raisin bagel with chive cream cheese, lettuce, tomato and capers. Also the fresh squeezed orange juice is delicious. Their iced coffee is fresh and yummy as well.

Love the new spacious location! Staff is always friendly, and polite. Best breakfast sandwich we've ever had! Great snacks and drinks selections, from growing up in the 80's-90's.

This was the best bacon egg and cheese I’ve ever had. The service was so great and so attentive. The lady at the front with dark hair who took our order was so friendly and wonderful, amazing customer service!! The staff and bagels are amazing I highly recommend!!

Horribly slow service before and after ordering, mediocre coffee, rude servers. We had people order after us getting their food before us even though we ordered very similar stuff. To put this into further perspective this place was almost empty.
Edit in response to owner comment: I can't possibly see how being bought out by a "top tier" fast food service can possibly help when it comes to slow service on part of the employees that work there.

First off, I know this industry is struggling with staffing right now, so I'm writing this review with empathy. I have worked in a restaurant and I understand the stress it can induce. However, management needs to know that this level of service is unacceptable and unsustainable.
We got in line at 11:00 today. The line was long but we expected it would move reasonably quickly. Instead, we waited nearly 90 minutes from entry to exit. For TWO breakfast sandwiches. As we got further in line, we realized that the restaurant was understaffed and – more frustratingly – unproductive. Employees were VERY kind and polite, but they moved at a snail's pace. If they put the slightest bit of hustle in their step, there probably would have been no issue whatsoever. Multiple people in the waiting area were talking about how long they were waiting. Everyone was frustrated, and had I known how long the wait was, I never would have gone.
Again, I have empathy for those working in this industry right now. But patience has an end point. if you were to tell me I would have to wait 30-40 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, I'd understand. An hour? No. An hour and a half? Forget it. Sadly, I won't be back.
Advice to management:
1. Raise prices by 5% to 10% to cover wages for an extra line cook. I promise you, the positive word of mouth will spread and you will eagerly get lapsed customers to return. I'm totally fine if my $4.30 breakfast sandwich goes to $4.70 as a result.
2. Please put a stronger emphasis on productivity. I saw zero urgency in the kitchen. Again, everyone was nice and polite, and that did not go unnoticed. What I did not see, however, was any understanding or respect for the customers' time. As a buyer, it made me feel disrespected and unappreciated. Once again, this does not make me feel encouraged to return. And unless I hear that these issues have been addressed, I won't be returning.
