The bagels are delicious... soft but dense, with a good variety of flavors (as a NYer, I'm picky about my bagels). The shop has a good variety of older treats like sodas and candies. Coffees (iced and hot) are also a dollar, you can't go wrong. Staff was friendly and the prices are very fair. Recommended.

Great bagels and friendly service. I love the chicken and egg sandwich! Wait times can be long on weekends.

Please read all the reviews before going!

I came in at 1pm on a Thursday and waited half an hour to order at which I was told it would be another half hour wait. That half hour quickly turned into over an hour before I got my god.

The food was fine but not worth the time.

I like it , definitely I’ll come back .

A true gem in Norwood. They have you covered with an array of bagel options- sweet, savory, unique. Don't skip the fluffernutter bagel sandwich... or the ones with hash browns inside

Great SpoT! No pun intended!!! This the best place to get bagel breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee and candy and soda bottles. Best time to come is either when they open or after 2PM. Place gets very busy.

Not one to write many reviews, but I was pretty frustrated waiting 30 minutes in line just to be told by the cashier it would be at least another 30 minutes (probably more) for a sandwich to come out. I wouldn’t have waited in line knowing this, and I politely suggested to the cashier that they put up a sign or let people know coming in the door when it’s like this, she responded “can’t you tell by the line and the cook making eggs”. I didn’t I appreciate the attitude, although there was another blond woman behind the counter who was very nice. I read some reviews before writing this one and I noticed the company saying they are “ being bought out by a top tier fastfood company in return they will implement a new system that should have customers in and out in 3 mins” this was 3 months ago and definitely not the case today.
Lastly, we ended up getting 2 bagels (w cream cheese) and 1 coffee which somehow came out to $22. We had already been here for way longer than anticipated so I didn’t bother to dispute this, but it was definitely not worth it.

You order will take 35-60min so time your day accordingly. What began as a very happy trip and excitement to try this “great” place out, turned utterly sour. I had a bridal dress appointment and was under the impression I had plenty of time to grab a “quick” bite from a “great” bagel place. I remember texting my partner, I found this cute place! Such disappointment. I waited for 45 min before going to the cashier to check in on my order (after seeing someone who ordered after me pick up their order). I went up to ask letting them know I’ve waited 45min and was rudely told to talk to the cook. And I’m way polite, I never say when my order is wrong and just quietly eat what was given.

I was told “He’s putting it down now. Talk to the cook”. I actually did go check to see if my order under Jackie was in with the cook. He just mumbled and wasn’t sure. When I went back to let the cashier know and say I really need to go. Can I just get a refund. I was again provided the same response: “Your order is already being made”. You can’t believe my internal frustration.

I didn’t have time to wait another 30-45min. I had already been patiently waiting for 45min…Due to my appointment, which I was running 10min late now, I was never able to get my 2 bagel order. I never received a refund and just had to walk out. No bagel sandwich is worth the amount of time waiting AFTER you’ve put the order in. They’re quick at taking your money and slow at delivering your purchase.

Note: The cook makes the order in batches. They collect tickets and then place it down on the griddle when enough tickets have been queued. So if you’re one of the unfortunate souls who ordered at the beginning of a “batch” your order will not be put on the griddle until all orders are made. The folks are friendly enough when you order, but have a different tune when you decide to check in on a breakfast bagel order (scrambled eggs and cheese) when 45min have gone by to them sternly tell you “it’s being made right now”. I will never get that time or money back.

The only reason they have a line at this place is because of how long it takes. Beware. Also: you don’t need a “new system” to be faster. At the bare minimum, yell the order to your fry cook and get them eggs and protein on the griddle ASAP. The cook is 5ft away from the cashier. I’ve seen teenagers at diners with more operational sense.

The food is delicious but it’s not worth the wait. I ordered two sandwiches and had to wait almost 40 minutes while others that ordered after me were receiving their order. Only one cook which is not fair to him. Friendly staff but horrible wait times. Won’t be going back!

There can be a wait, but the bagels are fantastic. Watch Perry crack the eggs on the grill right in front of you for bagel sandwiches. All fresh, delicious.
