First Time going there today, Good coffee and Food. Good hub for local favorites Tandem Bagel, 2nd Street Baked Goods. Really happy to see someone activate this corner, with some outdoor seating and a friendly fair priced cafe. Looking forward to coming back.

Svelte and bougie home of the best coffee cup in a town chock full of fair trade, dirt-sniffing, academic aficionados who appreciate a beloved bean. The proprietors of this little hideaway have considered all things to please your senses. A classy experience from the service, to the light fare menu, to the detailed woodwork inside a historical Northampton Landmark. Get it while it is SO GOOD because this only thing missing is a long line.

I love the vibe of this place and they've done such an amazing job with the outdoor seating during the pandemic. The coffee is solid and the chicken salad is surprisingly yummy.

Great find! It was fun to step into an old railcar and order. Enjoyed sitting in the garden drinking a maple latte.

Went there while I was waiting for a train. Ended up getting a Chaider (chai mixed with cider), and it was great! Came in a fun giant cup, tasted wonderful, and was super nice. Seating is tight, but there was enough even though there was a rush when I was there.

I love you Familiars, I really do, but you NEED to adjust your Covid ordering protocols. As they currently stand they are not user friendly to anyone who is not well-versed in online ordering. I’ve seen so many older folks and folks without phones simply unable to order. Some suggestions: in addition to QR codes, please put your phone number on the tables. Please figure out a way for people who don’t have phones to order from you.

Had a salad, bagel and tea. Everything was fresh and service was great. So glad to see this spot being used and they’ve done a lovely job with the decor! A nice spot for quick lunch and a cozy atmosphere.

The ordering process is ridiculously complicated and they make it impossible to select front or back for pickup. The text notifications do not work and they yell when you enter to try and locate your food. Rudest service people I have ever encountered. They used to be nice. No longer
