Reasonable prices for a great selection of drinks and food. The staff are wicked friendly and helpful with suggestions and explaining the menu. The atmosphere is comfortable and great for sunny afternoons. Can be great to come alone or with a friend or two, but the environment is generally a bit quieter.

Good espresso, great bagel sandwiches, easy ordering, and unparalleled outdoor seating in the summer. A real Northampton treasure.

Molly already knew the Spanish latte would be too sweet for a person of my constitution so she quickly agreed to my half-sweet plea. This trolley shaped cafe is the perfect meeting place for clandestine dating apps or nearby restaurants with stupid dining hours.

So seldom can one get a really good cup of tea made by people who don't know your preferences. This was a really good cup of tea.

Cozy interior gets the one star. Wish I wasn’t forced into vegan pastries:dry,not very tasty. Latte too strong for 12 oz.

Great place to stop for some good great and delicious sandwiches. Lots of seating on the street with occasional live music and fun atmosphere. If you want a quieter more scenic setting, there's also seating in back just off the bike trail, my personal favorite.

I'm not a coffee or tea drinker, but Familiars has THE BEST Blueberry Lemonade that you have ever had! My honey, who does drink both coffee and tea, enjoys the many offerings. They have a wide range of breakfast and lunch sandwiches made with fresh ingredients.

Absolutely amazing transformation of a special place in Northampton. The attention to detail at Familiars is incredible. The presentation superb. Great coffee. Great food. This will definitely be a new favorite place in town! Job well done to all involved in creating what will surely be another great reason Northampton is such a special place to live and visit.

Love the outdoor dining, overall vibe, and coffee but there is something special about the chicken salad sandwich. It is truly an experience (and currently the leader in my personal search for my dream sandwich)! Can’t wait to eat outside here more now that the weather is warming up.
