Familiars Coffee & Tea

First visit, a very charming and welcoming place. Had Ginger soda made with their own Ginger syrup, very nice! My turkey avo sandwich was fresh, well-balanced, creamy avocado and crispy bacon. Also had a peanut butter cookie that was delicious. Really enjoyed it and wish I lived closer. Try it out, you'll be pleased.

Cool vibes with quality coffee (pictures is my well balanced espresso.) Will definitely stop back in when I’m in NoHo.

Always the best place to visit. The team is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they have COLOR CHANGING TEA. Seriously this tea starts blue and turns to purple ITS SO FREAKING COOL GO DRINK IT IMMEDIATELY.

My wife and I are both Vegan and absolutely loved the Vegan BLT! She is gluten free, and said the g.f. bread they used for the sandwich was excellent! Totally delicious! The staff is super nice, too. We'll definitely be going back! Thank you, Familiars, for offering yummy Vegan and gluten free choices! Great atmosphere, too!

Today, for the first time since early March, I had a cup of coffee prepared by someone else, and it was stellar, every bit as awesome as I had come to expect when the cafe was open before the pandemic. Seating is at the many cafe tables properly spaced in front of, to the side of and in back of this adorable old diner building. Ordering is by phone or online only, and your order is placed on a table at the front entrance. Although they are, logically, serving in paper cups etc, it did not distract from the perfection of my cortado. Being able to sit in a cafe made me feel like, once again, I'm a part of the human race. To be able to enjoy a coffee so artfully made - hubby says his cappuccino was equally dazzling - in an environment that felt both pleasant and safe is an experience I expect to enjoy many, many more times.

These guys did such a phenomenal job renovating the old diner that it's unrecognizable. Beautiful woodwork and glass meets for a modern and upscale interior. Check out the bathroom to see my very favorite glass block wall...an unexpected surprise! Oh...and the coffee is really great also! Highly recommended!

I work down the street and order lunch here all the time! The ingredients are fresh, the food is delicious, and the staff are always courteous. They quickly became one of my favorite spots for lunch in Northampton and I highly recommend them!

The interior of this place is gorgeous! The menu is very uncomplicated, which means service is super fast. My sandwich was "ok" but my latte was perfect and so were the other things I ordered, including some items by Tandem which are always delicious. I'm eager to return to try more sandwiches! I hope this place is around for a long time because the atmosphere alone is lovely enough to actually park downtown!

I love this place. Had a bagel sandwich that was delicious and nicely presented. The Spanish latte was a delightful surprise as well. Topping that all off with a perfect day and outdoor seating means I've had a perfect Sunday morning!

A local gem. Excellent service and latte and yogurt were great.
