The Industry Bar & Grill

I went to visit the Industry last week and was appalled at the bartender that was working. She was an older lady, in her fifties with short brown hair. The way she spoke to the waitresses left myself and my husband speechless. This is my second time in here and I saw her act the same way last time. It is discouraging that this is tolerated. Unfortunately we will not be returning and we will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Don’t go here. They are rarely busy and the kitchen still takes forever. If you order on Uber eats the food will take too long and your driver will leave, then your order will sit there for a long time while Uber looks for another driver. Dealing with this place is not worth the hassle for mediocre over priced food. Honestly, just go to McDonalds around the corner. The service there is better and you will get your food faster.

Just moved to the area. First time at the Industry. Walked into musical bingo on a Saturday night. We won a free dessert and $35 in gift cards. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff was exceptional!! Will be back next week and for weeks to come!

We have been to the industry before but with Covid it has been difficult going out. We stopped by for an early dinner and unfortunately our order didn’t go as planned. The receipt to the kitchen went empty and I order was missed. Our waitress Summer did an amazing job of keeping us content with drinks and checking on us frequently. Once the general manager Brian understood what happened he quickly ratified the situation and gave us our appetizer and drinks on the house. This type of customer service does not come easily to most. We will continue to support this amazing business. Honestly the food is so delicious and the drinks are on point. Things happen but the industry did an amazing job of ratifying the situation. They will forever have my business and I encourage you to give them a shot. You will not be disappointed!

The food was great and the service was top notch. Our waitress was extremely courteous and very professional. The bartender came over to check on our drinks and was very funny and helpful. They were masks and repeatedly asked if we needed any extra safety measures. I was very happy with my meal and service.

For couple night I came out with my husband and we heard about this place and we had a blast! The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! The restaurant was very beautifully decorated as well! Amazing place! If your in the area definitely drop by you won't be disappointed

Went for the first time yesterday for Sunday brunch….all I have to say is DISGUSTING…. The food was cold , looked like the sample plates you see behind the counters … like it’s been there forever. On top of the food being cold , it was flavorless. I’m not sure how you can mess up brunch but Industry did that! I will never go back … I can’t stop thinking about the $36 I wasted. McDonald’s down the street would have been a better choice!!

I like the layout of the restaurant even though it's covid time. They have it petitioned off and the windows were opened. They also had tables set up outside. I ordered the industry burger without the cheese and bacon to go. I thought $14 and change was a little pricey for a burger and fries. When I got home and ate the food, oh my gosh that burger was on the money! I would definitely like to visit here again. Hopefully next time I'll be able to experience the atmosphere by being able to sit and enjoy my meal there! The waitress that waited on me was great! Very personable! I visited on 10/23/2020.

We just ordered appetizers. Loved the wings and calamari!!

Ordered takeout, great service feom the hostess, she was quick to greet me and find my order. Takeout during covid is stressful sometimes but this was a quick in and out. The restaurant was pretty busy as well. Kudos to the hostess. Food (homeade mac and cheese, meatloaf) were both delicious!
