I would like to say the Service was absolute amazing 10/10 was very accommodating and super helpful & a beautiful atmosphere to be in, the drinks were absolutely yummy would highly recommend 10/10. Now the food was bland unseasoned & absolutely uneatable. Mediocre at best. but I will be happy returning for cocktails in the future.

Dear Industry Team, I thought of posting this as a review, but my intentions are more fitting for an appreciation letter.
I was visiting my sister's family for Thanksgiving and in her efforts to spend more time with us , instead in the kitchen she had made a reservation at your establishment.
Let me begin by saying, we felt welcomed! We felt care for , and most importantly we were together!
Cozy , clean environment, effortlessly efficient manager, and tirelessly patient waitstaff.
Food and drinks were delicious!!
We couldn't have done a better job ourselves.
My only wish was that some of the other guests close by were more kind and gracious to the restaurant staff. It was quite disappointing observing overly familiar folks, being borderline nasty to all those people, that showed up to work , leaving their families and homes during this holiday.
Me and my family wants you to know - that you are seen for your efforts, and you are appreciated!
To the manager, your patience and care was admirable. Your energy and professionalism envious!
To the waitstaff, showing up and making this day , not only special, but filled with hope , that life is slowly moving in the right direction after the nightmare of a pandemic, is what we should all do for one another!
To the chef and kitchen staff, we left full and happy!

Quite literally the worst service I’ve had at a restaurant. Some friends and I went here after playing a softball game. We were seated, and forgotten. We sat for 25 minutes before I got up and asked someone to serve us. The look on the woman’s face was as if I asked her to borrow $20. She comes to the table reluctantly, doesn’t introduce herself and asks what we want to drink. We get our drinks and she leaves immediately without asking if we’re ready to order. Another 15 minutes pass before another one of us has to go find her to have her take our order. The food comes in about 20 minutes, she forgot an entire appetizer and accidentally added things we didn’t order. I kid you not… she didn’t come back to our table for the check for another 50 minutes. It was terrible. Food wasn’t bad though!

Very happy to have rediscovered Industry. My early visits there - in their initial year - left me underwhelmed by a pretentious, overpriced menu. Post-vaccination, I’ve started dining outdoors there and it’s fantastic. The dining space is safe, comfortable and visually pleasing. The service is exceptional; so is the food! The menu is vastly improved and the prices reasonable. M-F early dinners (4 to 6) pm are so affordable you can treat a friend! Kudos to the team that turned the place around.

Sandra was our waitress and we loved her! She was super professional and on top of things and a total people person. I loved how she went above and beyond. Provided us with extra plates with our appetizer and kept providing water. The food was amazing!

We enjoyed our dinner. The server was great. I think the bread crumbs on top of the baked haddock did not add add anything to the fish. Disappointed when the check was presented a surcharge was added to cover the credit card fee the restaurant pays. In some states that is illegal. We were not informed when the check was presented or we might have paid with cash. I found this tacky for such a nice restaurant. I will not be back.

Food was great and service the same. Mom had a great piece of haddock, dad had a great mac, and the bacon on my burger was outstanding. I went because it was the replacement to a dive bar featured in a book I read, and hope that it is embraced by the neighborhood as a local hang.

I had heard about The Industry through friends.. and I had to try it out and wow!! He food was amazing! I was there when I was in town visiting and let me tell you guys! The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and very quick with taking my order. The drinks were amazingly delicious as well!! If you are near the area drop by you won't be disappointed!!

Ordered a steak and cheese from here. It was as good as it looked

We had so much fun during our dinner at The Industry. The place was welcoming in an unpretentious way, between, where everybody knows your name and the more the merrier to all first time visitors.
Fabio really knows the way of making his guests feel cared for and appreciate it. From the first greet till the end of our visit, we knew there was someone to solve our issues, if any arise.
Food and drinks were just what we need it , and the service was attentive and present.
We feel fortunate to stumble upon this gem, and grateful for all the fun we had !
