Staff is nice, but the food was a miss (e.g., some food came out cold, no taste). Not worth the price we paid.

The kitchen staff at this place sucks. I went on a Sunday, around 1030am -- maybe 6 customers in the entire place. I ordered the chicken cobb salad and my boyfriend got the steak and eggs, medium rare. It took over 20 mins for our order to get to us which was surprising since the place was so empty. Once we got our order, we immediately could tell why it took so long -- the steak was well done. The waitress was kind enough to have the kitchen fire up another, which came out better, but was still cook medium. The server was super nice and comped the steak and eggs meal, which wasn't necessary but appreciated. We decided to give the joint another chance a few days later because the Chicken Cobb salad was actually really good. I ordered the exact same salad to-go and the portion was half the size, but the same price! There was also no egg and only two slices of avocado. The FOH staff are super nice, but the kitchen needs some serious training. We probably won't be returning.

The food was absolutely delicious. Ordered the meatloaf and the Shepard’s pie. Everything was hot and came out quickly. the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Karen , Erin, Brian and Brianna went above and beyond to provide a great experience. I would highly recommend the industry and we will be back again soon.

Spectacular find in Dot! Excellent service, great food, fun vibe. I took my parents here for dinner, and the place had some fun entertainment: rock 'n roll bingo. I'll definitely be returning! Definitely worth checking out.

Awesome atmosphere for drinking and eating. Trisha was a great bartender. I will be back for more duck fat fried wings and to discover more of the menu. Also....outdoor seating!

Our Thursday dinner was quite pleasant. The place has unexpectedly lovely ambiance with a classic set up inside and a contemporary feel at their patio. Menu is basic, but leaves no room for much to go wrong, which in a small neighborhood set up is understandable. The drinks vary from overly sweet to just right.
However the spotlight goes to the young manager, who was pitching in as a server. It was really refreshing, borderline invigorating to actually meet someone, who pours his whole heart into creating a memorable experience for his guests. Thank you Fabio for your sincere hospitality!

My wife and I went out for a nice dinner.
We specifically went to the Industry because they had mussels. We had a great waitress Gabrielle who was very professional and friendly. However, the positive experience ended there.
We ordered mussels and they arrived at our table but after tasting a couple they tasted odd and they were cold! I am not one to take a chance with shellfish.
The waitress told us she would tell the manager about it but nothing came of that. Then arrived the meatloaf and fish and chips. We ended up sharing the fish because the meatloaf was not very good with hard bits on the inside.
My Sam Adams was good but the Sangria was watery and not very good.
The low rating is for the food and Sangria. I was really disappointed in the subpar quality. I’m not sure why anyone would ever go to this place twice.

Finally, to add insult to injury the Industry management charges a surcharge 3.25% for us to use our debit card.
