Always a great experience with great customer service and delicious food.

We have tried them many of times and every time disappointed. Mother ordered cake for my baby shower and was the worst. Friend of mine ordered cake for her husband's birthday and she cried. There coffee is great convince would be awsome, because I can walk there but that is it. Hopefully things have changed haven't been back there since last disappointment.

Customer service went to all hell in this place, we love their shop but recently the customer service really dropped off. They mis-charged me and when I called to correct they were very short with me and basically hung up on me in the end "we will take care of that, bye, click". Their food and coffee are great but I have a hard time giving people my money who are not polite.

A "sweet surprise" while exploring North Beach, Maryland. The coffee taste better than Starbucks!! Cosy and clean. Pastries look and taste sensational.

I go here everyday and drink my favorite lattes. I started going to this cafe' when i fortunately work with someone as a healthcare provider, and given the circumstances i was able to enjoy getting my lattes here.

It is a small cozy place. I was greeted with smiles in the first day i started going there. The employees are nice and very approachable. It makes me comfortable and at home whenever i go inside.

But most of all the lattes are really good. the balance of milk, espresso and flavor extracts that i get for my lattes are made good. Considering also that they have different variations of that latte, it gives me options whenever i am in the mood of a peppermint mocha or just simply a vanilla or caramel latte. I would strongly recommend this cafe'. As for the past 6 months that im going to sweet sue's, i have no complaints at all.

Wonderful as always, one of my favorite places to get breakfast in town.

Friendly barista is a half of success. Decent coffee and good sweets.

Coffee was excellent amd chocolate croissant was even better.

I ordered a cake online and it was super easy! Went to pick it up and it was ready on time and looked perfect! Also tasted delicious, will be back for sure
