This place was highly recommended and near the hotel where I was staying, so I stopped by. I found it adequate at best: it looks like a nice place to stop by for coffee or even a light meal, even spend a couple of hours, but the service leaves something to be desired. I saw that they were selling coffee beans, but the employee I spoke with couldn't answer some of my questions and didn't even try to look up the information I was asking about. I bought one bag, and they're not the worst I've ever tried, but also far from the best.

We used ceremony coffee catering for my bridal party getting ready brunch and it was the best decision I made. Kate the retail operations coordinator was extremely responsive after I inquired about a catering order. They were able to make a few changes to the order after I changed how many people we needed to order for and it was easy to pre-pay for the food prior to my wedding day. The food was DELICIOUS- the egg and cheese sandwiches were a huge hit, along with the yogurt parfaits and pastries. The nitro cold brew cans were so needed after I had barely slept the night before. IF that's not all, when my father went to pick up and order and couldn't carry all the bags back to the Hotel Indigo a few blocks away himself, the manager helped carry it back with him to the hotel. 10/10 would recommend

Great franchise! Every location definitely values quality and baristas are always knowledgeable in regard to the coffee’s sourcing and taste. Drinks aren’t overly sweet and they definitely appeal to regular coffee and tea drinkers. This location has nice outdoor seating and an open interior. Lots of Windows and feels clean and bright!
