Visited several times while attending a conference. Staff were pleasant, and kept the endless line moving. Food and coffee were all good and fresh, just pricey.

It's nice to get a little slice of California in Baltimore. This is one of their only locations on th East Coast I believe. Coffee is excellent. Only issue that is that it's overpriced.

My experience comes from passing by the place. I stayed at the hilton hotel and thought this mini coffee, bistro bar was apart of my breakfast package. It is not. I looked around and it reminds me of your traditonal local coffee shop, pastries, mini sub sandwiches, salads, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea. Think starbucks, I didn't buy or eat anything, so I don't know what the taste is like. Try yourself, they have mini space inside for eating. It's located inside the hotel, on the main floor next to the check in table. There is ample space on the first floor for you and your group to find space and relax in the morning.

Worst cup of joe brewed by any coffee shop. Tastes exactly like the horrible hotel room coffee. Do yourself a favor and get it from SBUX across the street. Not saying SBUX is great, but this place has set the bar super low. If it’s too cold to go out, I’d even skip the coffee, but wouldn’t want to waste my time here.

Looking at the poor reviews for this place inside the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, my expectations were low. After visiting around 8 a.m. on a Monday in December 2021 while staying at the hotel, my experience was better than anticipated. Yes, service was not very friendly and the food not the best quality (we ordered the grilled cheese and the sausage and egg biscuit sandwich), but my hazelnut latte was more tasty than I thought. Also, our $24 credit for being Diamond Members worked at this cafe.

Coffee was good, both hot and cold. They have a decent select of juices and bottled beverages. The prices were just silly though.

Located inside Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor hotel. Great iced tea & really good turkey sandwich. Sandwich seemed expensive, but it was really huge & delicious. Nice staffers too.

The food here is pretty decent, but is overpriced, which is to be expected for convenience within a hotel. That’s doable … However, expect to be treated as if you’re an inconvenience by the younger staff. I’ve stayed at this hotel for the last 7 days and it’s like this every morning (except for the two senior staff ladies, they are very kind). The exasperated sighs, cutting me off when asking a question, and harsh tone is really off-putting. Wouldn’t recommend…

My drink tasted like it had 0 espresso in it. I think they were shutting down for the day and just poured a little left over coffee in there just to give some slight flavor. I couldn't even drink it, it was just warm sweet flavored milk.

Coffee is disgusting. All the milks were questionable. Old lady just mumbles and nods, which I don't consider good service but whatever, never going back to that one. The manager was extremely nice and welcoming and it's inside of the Hilton Hotel. The lobby is extremely large and cozy and security is nice too. Others may like the coffee but if not, the space is still a great place to work from.
