The Gelato Fiasco

I love this place! I have gone countless times over the past five years and I will continue to do so. Their flavor selection is impressive and they are not shy with offering customers samples. They have great coffee and espresso as well. This place is an all time favorite.

Gelato Fiasco is the best! We had 3!!!! Flavors in one cup. The staff is awesome. My favorite combo is lemon, Mango, and sweet cream.

I love this place. The Gelato is over the top. The owners have gone to great lengths to make the best Gelato. The staff is fabulous. So friendly and helpful. There are so many flavors to choose from. Give them some basic favs and they'll point you in the right direction.

108 varieties, some unique, all excellent. They will combine as many as you want in any serving size. A local coffee brand (that folks swear will make you give up S---b----) makes an exclusive roast for them.
Rich, so a smaller size is enough for most (a few of us couldn't finish a medium). Not cheap, but fairly priced.
Limited seating inside and out: plenty for a family and just enough to handle a group.
A must-do for visitors and regular stop for locals.

I adore Gelato Fiasco! I come here every time I visit my family. Having lived in Italy for 5 years, I am quite discerning, but the gelato here is always fabulous, with a variety of exciting and delicious flavors ranging from the traditional to the outlandish. The portions are large, and you can get a bunch of flavors in any size of cup. For example, today I got a small with cardamom, marscapone caramel pistachio, blood orange, and deepest chocolate peppermint. In addition, their service is exceedingly polite and friendly, encouraging customers to try a variety of flavors even when the store is busy. Thank you!!

I love this place. Best gelato ever. Lots of different flavors. I used to love near by and would get it all the time. As it gets more popular they do need to work on their queuing methods. Lots of people line up when they first get in the door, but it's dumb and inefficient to lineup to get tasters. I think they should have an ordering line and a tasting section. Also was really excited to find their gelator available at my grocery store out of state, but then really disappointed to find out it was really icy and old, likely a distribution issue.

The best sorbetto Kharis has ever had in her life (including Italy)! Huge variety of unique flavors of both gelato and sorbetto with accommodating service. Be sure to ask about the Red Spoon Society.

This is a great little gelato and coffee shop in Brunswick, convenient for walking to the local sites. Coffee was very reasonably priced, and was fresh and tasty on our visit; we had the coffee of the day. Many different creative flavors of gelato were on offer, such as the Maine blueberry, cookies and cream that I had. However, I docked one star because all of the flavors we had (five different) were far too sweet - as in, I could literally feel my teeth tingling from the sugar content.

We were visiting from out of state and every flavor we ordered was delicious, especially the tosted coconut and the raspberry sorbet. The staff was also extremely friendly.
