Cafe Du Monde Covington

Heaven on Earth. The coffee was perfect and flavorful. The Beignets were pillowy, sweet, crunchy and delectable. I will drive the hour and a half so I can eat outside, enjoy beautiful Covington while reading Gabriel Garcia Marquez🤤

It was really good. The cashier guy that served us was very polite, and he made us some fresh beignets and some scrumptious hot chocolate 🤤🤤

Obviously, no customers in the place for a good reason. Sat down to enjoy some beignets. They brought them to go ?? Clueless. Not sure how long they will be in business but I certainly want be back .

Get there around 4pm on black Friday so not much people around where most people still shopping. Nice staffs and off course great dessert and coffee. My kids love especially the fine sugar part. Frankly still love the original main store and feel that the coffee taste better. Hope you enjoy it as I do.

Love the French donuts! I’m glad they finally open a location accessible from the freeway and for a big vehicle traveling thru.

Stopped here just for the Beignets.. and they are delicious... a must stop. Trust me on this one!!

4 stars for good coffee and great pastry so love it! But a bit messy to eat and place is not that clean. Best for to go but don’t eat the patty in the car you’ll regret it but you’re gonna love it.

Walked in very few people. Ordered coffee and one order of beignets. She took them out of a tupperware container and put in bag. Needless to say they taste like cold rubber. What a wasted detour.

Traveling through Louisiana without the time to visit the French quarter, this place is a great homage to the original cafe du monde. Great coffee, great hot chocolate, and most of all great beignets! Lots of great merchandise as well. I wanted to buy all of it!

Delicious! The same wonderful beignets and cafe au lait as the original Cafe in New Orleans, but this is a satellite location. Our beignets were made fresh and were still warm when we got them. We also didn't have a crazy wait! Definitely a plus. Will plan to return when I'm back in the area!
