Krispy Kreme

Terrible service. I saw 5 members of the staff hanging outside at night during a shift change. The service was slow. They were out of many items including coffee. Had does someone have a donut store with no coffee? Located next to a highway.🛣️😤

How is a 24 hour operation closed at 2:45 am? Coke creates were in the drive through lane. I seen two females sitting outside on the side, one seemed to be making a video with her phone. I asked were they open because of the created in the drive through and they said yes, we are closed.

I would give 0 if I could. After placing an online order for the buy a dozen get a dozen free all glazed, I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes. They had no glaze. How do you not have glazed???? The lobby was crowded and several homeless drug users kept asking us for money. The manager had the nastiest attitude and was a poor leader. She yelled at a customer in drive thru who asked for a refund since she refused to give him his online order unless he came in after waiting 30 minutes in line. Worst customer service ever. The manager needs to be fired ASAP. I WILL NOT BE BACK. I'M SURE A LOT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS FROM YESTERDAY WON'T BE EITHER.

The classic Krispy kreme! Always delicious! And fresh!

Went there doughnuts looked gross and old af. Had to go inside cuz comps went down to place our order. Went in and there was flys all over the place just landing everywhere so we decided just to leave.

Broken latte machine broken speaker dirty parking lot BUT devonta was so super nice and had amazing customer service that this review went from one star to five.

Customer service has went down every since they got a new building. The line is always long. I NEVER see the "Hot" sign on, even with the App. Even though they took my "buy a dozen get a dozen free" sticker, I was still charged full price. Should have cancelled the charge when it was pending but the cashier SAID $11 was my total. Employees dont speak. I dont have doughnuts often, but when I do I would like hot fresh doughnuts or a least with a smile. I do better going to the store, get doughnuts and throw them in the microwave

We went through the drive through and for some odd reason had the worker with the most attitude that was completely uncalled for. She told us they did not have glazed and we didn’t not hear her so we replied “Oh y’all don’t have glazed?” she then replies “that’s what i said” and we asked for the manager and she replied “pull up then.” we go to the window and tony sincerely apologized to us and then proceeded to tell us that they did have glazed. Not sure why the woman said they didn’t. But he gave us our donuts along with some extra ones. Tony should have a raise.

Overall Krispy Kreme is a awesome sweet shop... What I don't like is the advertisement of the new minis doughnuts but EVERYTIME I go to get the glazed minis... They NEVER have them... Very disappointing.

that last post with 2 stars was 8 months ago. I've been to Krispy Kreme 2-3 times since and each time the original mini glazed were available...very happy camper.

Every city I stop in I make sure there is a Krispy Kreme. The light was off I stopped anyway ordered a dozen glazed they were still warm. The donuts were good like always.
