Krispy Kreme

Tonight I ordered two dozens. One with glaze and the other with 6 raspberry filled and the other 6 with strawberry sprinkles since they didn’t have anything I wanted. I get all the way home and low and behold my order was wrong. I didn’t get any raspberry filled, instead I received 6 custard filled. Tried calling them and of course no answer.
The company should have left this place closed. Since the new building has been up the orders are always wrong and they never have what’s on the menu!!

Omg... I love Krispy kreme donuts. But ya'll need to get homeless people under control. I was in drive-through waiting to place my order. A homeless lady Came to my truck 3 times asking for money.

This is a busy Resturant with longer than expected wait times (which is why I gave it four stars) but the service was good and the staff was friendly. I ordered a classic cream-filled donut (a first for me) and an iced mocha latte (a favorite). The donut and the coffee was worth the wait.

Absolutely love this place. Great memories from my childhood. Still the best donuts I've ever had in my life. My kids love them too. And I always get a lot of love everytime I come here. I drive from Lafayette to Baton Rouge just to get these donuts.

Update (2022): years later and I finally got to see the new building. It's nice. And I will still drive from Lafayette to Baton Rouge at 4am on a random day to get my favorite childhood donuts.

Krispy Kreme was awful. The donuts tasted stale. It was very disappointing because I bought 2 dozens for 29 bucks! Could have spent that elsewhere and been very satisfied.

The drive thru was quite a wait BUT I realized why when I got to the window & discovered that they had to make each vehicle in front of me & myself each a custom order. The woman at the window was amazing!! Wish I had caught her name.

They built a new store probably over a year ago it is very lovely. The day we went they didn't have hot donuts. That is what's the best. The donuts we got were delicious.

Purchased 2 dozen on Saturday morning. Something was wrong with dough. They looked fried and very hard. Not fresh like usual. Very disappointed

Got there round 7:30am they had lot a varieties but on top of that they had booktube donuts and still popping them out only problem was it was only 7:30 in the morning they only open at 6:00 cuz I'm looking for an hour and a half and my Donuts weren't hot they were cold room temperature better than that perfect

Went online to order a dozen of glazed and 3 lemon. The order was placed at 6:54 pm and ready at 7:06. Got there at 7:08 only to stand in the line in the lobby for 15 mins which I didn't mind because the app I ordered on said my order was ready. So when it's my turn to get my order the so called MANAGER tells me they're out of LEMON. I said ma'am when I ordered online they said available so u mean to tell me 3 lemon doughnuts u ran out before I get here .Then she has A ADP ATTITUDE say they sold the last of them. I've been there 3 tes this months and I PROMISE YOU My LAST TIME
