They have the tastiest, most beautifully glazed donuts. I like how they lay them out flat In a box so that the glaze doesn’t get all cracked and broken. Most other donut shops just throws them in a bag.
They have a lot of great specialty donuts and filled ones too.
I really do love the new building though. For some reason I feel safer than the old one. Everything is all clean and shiny and smells nice...- kinda like their glazed donuts.

Donut shop that is open 24 hrs. Lobby is supposed to open at 6am, not open, was told to go through drive thru. Only had glazed and choc covered available. Tell me what's the purpose of offering other flavors if you aren't going to make them!? Seriously will never visit this location again.

Was not open 24/7 didn't even open on the actual displayed time at the shop... donuts were cold and had condensation on them, and they were chocolate icing with sprinkles.... didn't give me a discount.... had no hot fresh glazed or no other donuts available...

Went today for donuts about 12:30. Very little choices. Ordered 1 dozen glazed original, 6 lemon filled & 6 chocolate sprinkles. Got home and had 1 dozen glazed original, 6 lemon & 6 more glazed original. No chocolate sprinkles. Check your order before you leave.

Today I placed an online order 1st dozen original glazed and the 2nd dozen mixed well the 2nd dozen was anything but mixed all the donuts I selected for my second dozen was sold out so I ended up with 6 oreo and 6 original glazed(to think I paid extra to mix my donuts to my liking and I ordered online,but they don't tell you that they are sold out until you get there even though they have your cellphone number and email address)

They have the worst customer service ever. On Saturday morning 2/4/23, I placed an online order. There is a specific door that is supposed be used for mobile and online orders. I know this because I also pick up deliveries from here from DoorDash and Uber. When I arrived the door was locked, but a customer let me in. I waited my turn in the mobile pick up area. I was never acknowledged. When she got the line down at the register, a new line started to build up and when it was my turn she asked “who’s next” as if she hadn’t seen me standing there for 10 mins. I raised my hand and said “me”. I told her I had a mobile order and gave my name. She went to pull the donuts. And halfway bagged my donuts and just slid the bag onto the counter without any words. She started taking orders from the next person in line without saying anything to me and before I even got my hands on the bag. Every time I come here the workers have a bad attitude. I understand that they may be understaffed. But there are always workers hanging outside on their phones or smoking when I come. The whole staff needs to be fired and they need to start new because the attitudes of the workers at this facility is very unpleasant and disrespectful to customers who are coming there to spend money for this business to even be able to operate, someone needs to be assigned specifically to mobile and online orders. I wish I could give - starts for the trash customer service!DO BETTER!

although donuts are good, service is always terrible. I scheduled a delivery with them a WEEK ahead of time, paid for it all (including delivery fee and $10 tip to go a few miles), only to have the order canceled 20 mins before it was scheduled to arrive. Simply terrible

Visited this location over the weekend with my husband. We pulled up and the drive thru was blocked off. No big deal, there were employees working so we decided to park and go inside only to find all entrance doors were locked! No signage, no communication from employees. They just looked at us like we were crazy. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a business! If the location is open 24hours it should be open to customers or at th very least post something stating differently.

Doughnuts were not as fresh as I thought they would be. Placed an order for five 12 dozen regular glazed at 8am and would be available to pick up at approximately 12:30pm. Once arrived clerk state’s doughnuts wouldn’t be hot until 5pm. Clerk instead gives me doughnuts that were just sitting out in the opening/ not cover or anything on top of them. First time actually going to the store in BR, and I have to say. The employees looks and move as if they do not want or like their job. Don’t expect good customer services. And I thought people further down south of Louisiana was a lot nicer 😂
