Donuts were good but for the third time there was no filling in the pastry. They no longer have powdered sugar anymore and it looks like the blueberry and lemon fillings are gone too.

We came into the drive thru and received straight attitude from a lady working here and I then asked for the manager and she told us to “pull up” so we did and Mr. Tony was very kind to us. Tony was able to give us the donuts we wanted without any issues. He even apologized for the behavior and gave us extra donuts. Tony deserves a raise!!!

Donuts were great. But a mgmt member repeatedly raised her voice at me to put on a mask while 2 of her employees preparing my food and serving me were not wearing a mask over any part of their mouth or nose. You cannot treat customers like that.

I love KK donuts, and literally drove an hour to get them! They were delicious and well worth it. The only complaint, is that it was really hot on the inside of the store. Kind of felt like ac was broke.

I went to this place a few times to pick up deliveries and they didn't have what my customers wanted. How can you be Kripy Kreme and not have glaze donuts. The unwillingness to make it happen is bad for the brand.

I was extremely disappointed because upon arriving I went straight to the counter where several employees were gathered. all of them walked away without acknowledging my presence and it was at least 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me despite the fact that I attempted on several occasions to get the attention of a couple of the employees. Not a single employee that I saw seems to have any concern for any customer.

Drove 45 minutes for donuts. No donuts. Only raspberry and custard filled. Girl at the window had an attitude and rolled her eyes when I told her I didn't want glazed as she was shutting the door in my face before seeing if I wanted anything else. Piss poor management, poor service, that little girl should not be talking to customers. Do better.

The only thing I didn't like was the wait time but I could see that there were some new staff in training. The hot caramel latte was sooooo good. Order was exact. Pretty good overall.

Took over an hour!!! My husband ordered online for pickup at 9:30. Got there (on time) and when he went to the door, two young men looked at him and never acknowledged he was there. My husband decided to get in the line only to wait another 30 mins to finally get to the speaker and no says anything. He then drove up to go to window (still had to wait on the two vehicles in the front of him which took over 10 mins) for him to get to the window and they don’t have the flavor that was ordered. When asked about a refund, she says it’s a different system and doesn’t work that way. So we had to substitute or lose out on the money already spent. Sad case. When they made this change to upgrade, the service didn’t do the same. Horrible!

I was stuck in the drive-thru for like 40 minutes. There was no pattern of progress. Even after I submitted my order, I was still stuck in the line that wasn’t moving for 15 minutes before leaving. They’ve been reopened long enough to have a better system in place by now!
