Disappointed in the quality and consistency. I've been twice in the last few weeks. The quality of the doughnuts has been less than adequate. Not very much filling in the doughnuts and a couple could have been sold as doughnut holes.

Love the revised area for the drive through. Was able to put in an order for 1 1/2 dozen donuts without leaving the car. Whole experience took about 15 minutes.

I went to the Baton Rouge location on yesterday, Jan. 29 (Friday). I was in line for 25-30 minutes! I ordered a dozen donuts 6 plain glazed, 3 lemon, and three Raspberry filled plus a small coffee. When I finally got to the window and paid for my order, I was given a cup of stale ,cold coffee. I returned it to the young lady while still in line,. I voiced my dissatisfaction for the coffee. She had me pull to the front and wait for another cup. I did. The second cup was lightly warm and weak. The reaspberry one I had contained a drop of filling!

The girl at register is so rude .no one greets you or even acknowledge you when walk in. They have the worst customer service. It’s seems like making donuts is one of the most miserable job. Everyone who works there have nothing but frowns on they faces. It’s negative vibes every time I come here. I believe you should get all positive energy when getting breakfast

I recently visited KK on Gas Price Wednesday, the donut was smaller than normal. Customer service was great the lady that took my order was friendly but when I got home and saw the tiny donut I was a but upset!
Traveling Through
I had not been in the place since it was remodeled. It was nice and clean. However, the service was extremely slow. It was faster if a person goes through the drive thru.

Mr Tacobie was high as a kite taking my order. Kept asking me the same questions over and over lol and my baby latte was water down and nasty. Donuts was also cold.
