The parking lot is a mess due to intentional barricades, the lobby was closed even though the hours indicated it should be open, and that seemed to surprise the staff. They were out of half (literally 50%) of the donuts they should have had.

Doughnuts was hard, old and cold. Went through drive thru inside was closed. So I drove back thru and told the girl at the window my complaint. She fussed but gave me fresh hot doughnuts.

On April 16, 2022, my mom placed an order online and paid for an assorted dozen. It was scheduled to be ready for 945p. When I arrived at 952p, the hot sign was on and the drive-thru line was long, so I proceeded to go inside. The side lobby doors were locked but the lobby hours shows they close at 11p.

There was a delivery truck driver outside who said he's pretty sure the lobby was closed. There's a sign by the front door that states online orders come inside for pickup. So I'll go around to the front of the building where the sign is located, and those doors are also locked. I knock on the door and a young lady comes to assist. I tell her I have an order online order that was supposed to be ready for 945p.

She let me in the building and start to get my order together. The manager, who another young lady told me her name was Korsha, was very loud, rude, and unprofessional. While I'm waiting in the lobby, Korsha begins to talk loudly to the young lady who let me in the building, asking "who let me in the inside? The lobby is closed. DO NOT OPEN THAT DOOR AGAIN!!!"

Korsha later then turns to me and ask if can she help me. I told her no, the young lady is getting my order ready. Still with a nasty attitude says, I don't know who you are so what's the name of the order. I responded with my mom's name then asked why my order wasn't ready at 945p. It's now after 10p and I'm still waiting for my order to be fixed.

Korsha replied saying we don't fill the order until the customer gets here. I said but I already paid for my order so why wouldn't you get it ready for the time frame I asked. She responds again we don't prepare orders until the customer gets here because some customers never pick up their order and we can use the donuts the other orders.

The young lady gave me my order and I left. I am going to be reporting questions nasty attitude headquarters. The way she spoke to her workers was very disrespectful and unappreciative and I felt very uncomfortable.

Fix your speakers in the drive through. I had to yell to give my order, she still didn’t understand me and was rudely told to pull around. I don’t want Krispy Kreme that bad.

I want a FULL REFUND! I went in EARLY and WAITED IN LINE for hot doughnuts because its what my daughter wanted for her BIRTHDAY BREAKFAST. Asked for hot glazed doughnuts, I got ICE COLD doughnuts. Also, my doughnuts were'nt even completely covered in icing. NEVER AGAIN. I will go to MARY LEE'S from now on. I'm only leaving one star because I cannot leave ZERO STARS.

Poor customer service and young lady was on her phone and the same hand which she had a glove on she held her phone and used to package the fresh hot doughnuts as they was coming off the press line. I also ask for mini and was told they didn't have any so I ordered a reg. Dozen and it was mixed wit mini and reg. And they wasnt fresh and I paid more.

Lights on. It doesn't get any better than that. This is a must-have when we are in Baton Rouge. I'm looking forward to it again.

The workers are extremely rude and seem to never have anything you want. Took them five minutes to even speak to me in the drive through line although I was the only car there. They won’t give you an answer to anything, instead they just ignore you like it isn’t their job. They also never answer the phone. Horrible location for a donut shop to add. Management is truthfully doing a horrible job in every area possible.

Ghetto, unprofessional, indifferent cold doughnuts. Never opens on time. Would literally drive to mettairie,la location To avoid the baton rouge location. Before this location closed in 2019 the service and doughnuts was wonderful the doughnuts were consistently hot and the employees were mature and serious about their job. Now it opens at 6:00 am and the doughnuts are still not hot until a half hour later eventhough on 1 occasion 3 employees were standing outside conversating and kissing. Very unprofessional and useless. I hope the new owners sees these complaints and corrects it.
