Highland Coffees

Coffee is DELICIOUS! I often walk with my little one there - great indoor and outdoor seating and it’s pretty kid-friendly. Baked goods are also tasty. Super cute, local shop. One I take all my friends to when they visit BR.

One of the BEST GEMS of Baton Rouge. It's a perfect place for studying, socializing, or grabbing a quick healthy drink or snack and the outdoor patio is so refreshing and peaceful !

This is what a coffee shop should be. Locally owned and operated with the owner onsite daily. Roast their own beans. Just off the LSU campus so crowded at times and empty at others. Competent but not pretentious workers making good to great drinks. Great vibe. Reasonable prices. What's not to like?

One of only a few non-corporate coffee options in Baton Rouge. Nice atmosphere outside. Mostly good coffee drinks too. Not the best espresso, but that's okay unless you're like me, in search of great espresso. I haven't found that yet in BR.

PS I have found great espresso at new Lighthouse Coffees

This place has great high ceilings, and lots of space indoor and out. Doesn't have the typical cave-like coffee shop feel, unless you go towards the back. They have oat milk which is my favourite to have with coffee and teas so 👌

Excelent coffee. You'll have a selection of coffee beans from all over the world so you can customize your drink to some extent. Customer service is good too and the atmosphere of the place is great to study or chill with friends ot alone.

Love this place. There’s plenty of places to sit, the wifi works well, and the service is great. The coffee is excellent is well caffeinated which I LOVE and need. They have a wide variety of flavors and syrups as well. Love choosing this place over chains, it’s great!

Best coffee shop in Louisiana, perfect in every way. Great atmosphere, cool people, great drinks, huge interior, lots of seating both indoor and outdoor, right on campus... Can't say enough good things.
