I hate to go negative so early. Nice store. Great location. Excellent product. Poor Training. No Logistics. Terribly L-O-N-G Wait. This is the sum total of several visits since opening. Same results each time. I'd love to help this place succeed if there was any way to talk to ownership.

Pretty good donuts, not quite the selection they advertise on the app. And whoever the lady was that was working at the counter did not seem like she was in a hurry to help or that she even wanted to be there. Total lack of care. But good donuts!

Best when the hot and ready sign is on, but still excellent donuts! Can't go wrong.

This is a great place for doughnuts. However, it seems everytime I go there they don't have enough variety. I am not sure if they are not catching up with all the orders or they just not fast enough in keeping up with customers. The food tastes great and the service is very friendly and professional. I just wish they have enough veriety doughnuts for everyone.

Donuts good. Service terrible. Most of the time they are out of several varriety.

Drive thru is a joke. They don't take an order until the guest at the window has paid and is driving away.

If the donuts weren't so good I would not put up with the service

Krispy Kreme never disappoints when it comes to satisfying one's craving for donuts and the new Middletown Kentucky location is no exception! The hot donuts here are so good, they're almost inhalable.

They are serving ice cold donuts at 10 o'clock in the morning.

Holy smokes, so fresh they were still warm! The mixed dozen had a wonderful selection and my diet exploded! Fast service friendly staff, clean bright store, just yum!

What kind of donut place closes the inside due to Covid but doesn’t require their employees to wear masks, doesn’t have half the donuts on their menu in the drive thru, and then gets your order wrong.

The hours are incorrect. Drove here 3 times and the drive thru has been closed. Employees inside but wont take your order.
