Krispy Kreme

Went to this location to get doughnuts for my daughters birthday. There was an offer online to buy one dozen get a dozen glaze for free but kept glitching online. Went into the store at 6:30 not one customer. The kitchen staff member was sitting down and one worker was by the register, jessica, she said it was online only and several people have complained of glitches nothing she can do. Lack of care seemed to want people to not order.

This is the first time I have left a review but every time I have been in this location the customer experience has been lack luster for sure.

Mmmmm... doughnuts! Great for any occasion, in my opinion. I love Krispy Kreme so much I decided to get about 12 dozen for my wedding. They were a hit with all of my friends and family who apparently love doughnuts as much as I do. For the best experience, get you an original when the HOT NOW sign is on, I'm sure most of you know what I'm talking about! I like to get a variety dozen and zap them in the microwave at home for about 7 seconds as well. The chocolate iced with sprinkles are my personal favorite! Look for specialty doughnuts here that change with the seasons... currently I believe it's Reese's doughnuts. Yum!

This place is hit or miss. I've gotten same day but not fresh donuts, I've gotten fresh warm donuts, but today . . . Today I got stale 2 day old cold and hard donuts. I mean, for as expensive as they are, with all those fees, they shouldn't be cold or hard or taste like they've been sitting in the fridge for 2 days. So disappointed in today's order, I'm about ready to toss them in the garbage.

I go to this Krispy Kreme location often, at least once a week. The workers there are so much friendlier than the Bardstown Road location and they get you in and out in no time, and I don’t think I need to say anything about the Krispy Kreme doughnuts, they’re the best.

Arrived at 8:23 pm to pick up donuts for a friend and they had closed early - completely gone. It is supposed to close at 9 pm. Will not drive across town for them again. Dunkin is closer at is actually open til 9 pm.

Not a clean table in the place. Donuts seemed old. Bathrooms dirty. 2☆ Because guy behind counter was helpful.

This location sucks. The people act like you are bothering them, the donuts are stale, even at opening. Go the extra 15 minutes to the Bardstown location. There, donuts and the customers are thier world.

Very clean restaurant. The guys were really nice, and didn’t rush us when we were tying to decide what to order. I love the sleek look of this location and my daughter loved being able to watch the doughnuts being made.

Donuts are always good, when they’re open… showed up during there hours and closed

I made it there when the fresh doughnut light was on. My nephews loved them.
