I drive thru the drive thru at 9:25 pm on a Tuesday. There is one car in front of me. We wait there for over 10 minutes. Then I went in. The four people working at the time truly didn’t care one way or the other. I am not sure what takes so long - nothing being cooked - simply loading donuts in a box. As I sat and watched hem, believe the cold was freezing them to inaction. Will not go back. Period.

Service was great and who doesn't love a Krispy Kreme donut. But I was curious as to what they do with 'defective' products. As there were dozens of 🍩 on the floor and going into a trash can straight from the conveyor belt. Seems like a waste so many charities could benefit

I am totally disappoointed. I am a rewards member and expected a free donut for my birthday but REBECCA told me that they don't do that anymore. I had 2 cars coming thru the drive thru and neither of us were stisfied with the service we received. If I could give my zero stars I certainly would. Then we expected HOT donuts because we saw the light was on from the gas station. Otherwise I would have bought COLD donuts from the gas station for a cheaper price. Not to mention I had to remind her that we also ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte (not even filled to the top). There was whip topping that filled the reat of the cup. The wifi says that you get a FREE gift on your birthday but I did not receive ANYTHING for my birthday and REBECCA was rude, gave us cold donuts, she was very short with me and turned off the light once I mentioned we expected hot donuts because of the light. It was 9:30am, if your customer service is terrible that early in the morning then maybe she needs to be on the late shift. DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED.

I’m not so sure about this place. Given them 3 chances and every time there is an issue. First time was a week after opening. Took 25 minutes in drive thru. Gave them the benefit of a doubt that they were still working out kinks. Other two times, we order a variety in the drive thru, get to the window and they are out of 80% of what we asked for. What in the heck is happening? This seems like a management problem. I can just never seem to get through the drive thru sufficiently with getting the actual doughnuts I ordered.

I wish I could give negative stars. I’ve been here twice, both times they were rude and the donuts were stale after spending 20 minutes + in line. I was talked over and rushed while ordering not to mention made to feel like an idiot for asking for bottled mellow yellow or pibb when it’s very clearly on their menu and was told they only carry coke, Diet Coke or sprite. I then nicely brought it to their attention it is on the menu and may need to be removed if they will never carry it so it doesn’t cause anymore confusion and again was treated very rudely and blown off... again all for some very stale donuts. I’d much rather just stop in a gas station next time or try Dunkin’ Donuts down the road.

I stopped here a week after just opening at 630am. All I wanted was a hot chocolate and a glazed donut, the worked gave me my donut but said it would be a minute for my hot chocolate bc she’s the only one working both drive-thru and lobby. It took 15 MINS for a freaking hot chocolate! I was late for work bc of this and sent an email to corporate needless to say haven’t heard back about that experience.

Now, let’s fast forward to this past weekend I decided to give them another chance after the first encounter. I had my mother and my aunt with me at the drive-thru. I had two orders one for HALF a dozen of donuts and the other order was a freeze drink. I get to the window and the cashier says she needs both payments upfront. We do that. Then she says after handing me my receipts that the first order was $10 and some change. I thought wow that’s expensive for half a dozen! Then she walks away and comes back to the window with a DOZEN donut box! I was like what is that I only ordered half? She says ohh well it’s hard to hear through the speaker and we can reverse your order so we will give you the second order freeze drink for free. I was furious!!! And I plan on contacting their corporate office again! Smh please please train your employees! It’s heading down hill will a pair of skates and just opened! Smh

The service was excellent! The employee was very friendly, helpful, and nice! And the food and coffee were delicious! My only complaint was that the floors were very sticky.

Very disappointed. I ordered a dozen donuts. Custard filled not even a full bite of custards. The donuts seemed old, almost frozen not fresh off the belt. Disappointed

Drove in from Shelby county and when we walked in were shocked to see only 3 half full trays of donuts, none of which were the original glazed. My wife had to asked three pointed questions to the girl behind the counter too which she received a one word answer too before finally being told we would have a 1 hour wait for anymore donuts. Very disappointing experience.
