Krispy Kreme

The hot sign was clearly on, I asked for a hot dozen but yet my dozen was no where near hot. Not to mention I seen two ants crawling out of my box. This is the worst location in Louisville, and I urge customers to go to a different location if your looking for satisfaction.

Love them FRESH donuts.

They were out of a limited time flavor I wanted. Okay, whatever. I order 2 glazed instead and received filled donuts. Employees seemed less than excited to be there as well.

Visited them early Veterans day. They were not busy at the time. They were polite and caring. They even listened to me.

Donuts were good. They were cold no donuts in case just on carts on trays. Ladies bathroom had trash run over toilet paper all over the place.
Employee waited on customer that had a coupon and the employee had no idea how to ring it up on register. Train employees better regarding coupons and what is expected of them while at work. Why are donuts on trays and not in case? There were no donut holes either. Just don't understand if your open and want the business then make sure the items are there. Otherwise people will go somewhere else where service is good and donuts are hot and fresh.

Specialty doughnuts are stale and dry like they have been sitting out all day. Most other items are out of stock and they have raised their prices so high that it's hard to believe what they are charging for a doughnut! The regular Krispy Kreme doughnuts are still good but everything else is questionable for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful and the store is very clean as well.

Pickup @DriveThru @615a was SUPER QUICK and my extra donuts are still super yummy on day two !

Quite dishonest when it comes to the hot sign! More often that not, when the light is on, their plain glazed come out cold and old. They’re also randomly out of certain donuts for weeks at a time. A few improvements could make this location much better.

Ordered a dozen glazed & a dozen strawberry lovers (filled ones) online. Picked them up, took them home, & opened them only to find out they gave us the strawberry glazed only no filling. Instead of just informing us they were out they decided to replace place them with something else. This is the second time the store has done this so I’d advise ordering Togo at a different store. *All boxes are sealed due to covid so you can’t check them*
